Tintenbar Medical centre is a lovely practice located in beautiful surroundings.

Dr. Clinton Leahy has always been an excellent GP to me over the years.

He is professional, kind, empathetic, patient, compassionate, knowledgeable and for me he has been life changing.

Dr. Leahy goes above and beyond the call of duty.

I highly recommend Tintenbar Medical Centre and Dr. Clinton Leahy.

Great wonderful doctors , admin staff and nurses.I have met most of them and the services were and are beyond expectations.I would like to commend Dr Clinton,I went to see him for myself but I ended up talking about my child whom I also wanted an opinion and probably referrals for he listened while I talked for a long time.Things went really fast,got what I wanted and more....Thank you.

Friendly staff on front reception and a lovely nurse gave us some toys for my girl to play with. Dr Williams is a caring and supportive doctor

Dr Williams is really Good and profesional. The staff normally is Good too.

Good friendly staff great Doctors

Saw me quickly and resolved my issue smoothly and professionally..great!

Since the new owners and staff, I feel patronised by the unhelpful and unfriendly reception staff and practice manager. The charges have gone up and the service down. I am a long-standing local patient at the Tintenbay Medical Centre. With the previous team, I used to find myself in caring and in professional hands with the previous doctors. The attitude of care for patient's well-being has been replaced by an attitude of arrogance and only being concerned about invoicing as much as possible. Some of the doctors still seem to care when in a consultation. Very sad...

New GP has brought to my attention that doctor from Tintenbar Medical Centre has put two different prescriptions on my medical record that I was never prescribed nor do these medications relate to my person whatsoever!!
This has created problems in my career that was difficult to rectify.

If I am not mistaken it is a criminal offence to make false statements on a persons medical records.

Good luck to anyone trying to contact this practice as 9/10 times you’ll go straight to message bank.

Absolutely appalling practice!

HARD PASS

Apparently the practice is so bonkers that all of the doctors have left.

There is one rude doctor on site who is unavailable and if you can see her in a week or two you’ll pay for a new patient consult and justify why you need a medication you’ve taken for three years… for seizures :)

Oh and you have a referral to a specialist? That’s unfortunate as the doctor referring you is no longer at the practice you’ll need a new one?? Make that make sense.

Anyways… the one star is only because it’s next to the general store where everyone is lovely

Very unhappy with my appointment today. The doctor I saw dismissed my requests completely and she made me feel very upset once leaving the practice. Won’t be coming back. She had a very rude attitude. It’s unfortunate as I used to recommend this practice to so many people, however since there are new staff and doctors it’s been nothing but disappointing.

Hi...we have been going to Tintenbar Medical Center for over 25years. Just went today first time since the new owners have taken over. Rude doctor's rude staff. Won't be going back.
