Just moving to the region. What a pleasant surprise this pub is. Sonja and Steve very hospitable. I even went after lunchtime to get a feed and Steve said kitchen is now closed. I was walking out and he called me back to say I have some hot pizza pieces that will fill a hole. He past them over free of charge.
Another day Maria made us two wonderful burgers. Happy we now have a great pub to go to. Thank all and keep up the great hospitality and

Droped In to the Tabulam pub on the way to the campdraf and rodeo out back new bar, and the beer is cold.

The Tabby Hotel and its new proprietor has gone from strength to strength. A gutted shell has a pulse again. The parmy is to die for and the steak is good to. Staff are freindly and helpful without being slow. I have lived in Tabulam most of my life. Tabulam is Forgotten Country. Our township is very rich and diverse historically and agriculturally. Big history of gold, home of The Light Horse, and before its desecration by a state government bereft of its senses and any ambition or vision for its future or historical significance, the longest single lane wooden bridge of its type in the southern hemisphere. Our once annual race meeting is a must do.

This is a local's pub and while no food available on the day we visited (Monday), they were happy enough to serve us a cold beer.
