Imagine experience for one Sunday, walking and sitting meditations in the Land of Mountain. I have experienced a sense of calm, peace and balance that benefit my emotional well-being and overall health even till now. There is no requirement for contribution or asking anything personally. Mountain Spring treated guests kindly with their hearts and souls. Meditation and calm techniques teaching in English and Vietnamese. Each member in the group required to bring walking shoes, hat and a vegetarian meal to share with the group at lunch. Thanks to all Monks and Nuns at the Monastery!
