Very helpful staff. I'm old, but fit and strong, and had to smile when the young girl offered to carry out a large bag of dog biscuits for me. Good on her :)

Great stock feed supplier, seem to stock more variety than others in the area. A little out of the way but worth it for the value and service. Always happy to help. Also, seem better at maintaining their supply, while others seem to run out. Easy parking and loading. Competitive prices.

Amazing place everything you need from small to large animals and if they don’t have it in stock they will go above and beyond to get it for you. Staff so knowledgeable and helpful also.

Huge range and good quality - the only place we go for our horse and chook supplies for many years now. Staff are knowledgeable, helpful and friendly, highly recommend.

The range here is hard to believe. Professional staff can't fault them at all very pleasant people. Had me wondering if they have a job going actually.

These people are friendly, polite, knowledgeable and go out of their way to help. If they don’t stock something you want, they’ll see if they can get it for you. They don’t just have one person standing behind a counter - as soon as you walk in someone comes up to you and asks if they can help. They’ll then walk with you around the store and help you choose the stuff you want, push the trolley for you and load your car. Pure awesomesauce.

Brindabella Stockfeed are wonderful people, because this Business recently went out of it's way for me. It was a Saturday morning, and my beautiful new cat that I got the day before, was refusing to use the cat litter tray, and I could see that he was holding on. He was such a good little boy, that he could've easily gone to the toilet on my carpet, but he didn't. I found out, the only cat litter he had ever used was Chicken Pellets!! I was sitting here thinking, "Where on earth, am I going to find Chicken Pellets." So I googled, "Chicken Pellets Online Canberra," and this Business came up, and I could see they sell Organic Layer Pellets. (High quality Chicken Pellets) So I did the order about 8am Saturday morning, and I could see that home deliveries were done every Saturday and Wednesday, (as of June 2017) but your order had to be done, the day before the close of their Business.

Anyway at 8.30am I rang them, and I spoke to a lovely girl called Rebecca, and told her that I'm in desperate need of Chicken Pellets, for a new frightened cat that I'm trying to settle in, and give him the same cat litter he has always used. Rebecca said that she would make sure that these Chicken Pellets were delivered to my home in a few hours time. So just after lunch, a friendly helpful man wearing a black beanie, turned up with the 20kg bag. I was so happy, I thanked him, and I immediately filled up the litter tray with Chicken Pellets. Shortly afterwards, he finally used the tray. I was so thrilled haha.

I felt so grateful to this Business, that I went back for a proper look at their website, and I can see they sell good quality products for cattle, horses, pigs, goats, chickens, ducks, kangaroos, dogs, cats, rabbits and guinea pigs. They even sell garden supplies, and huge 40 litre feed buckets for only Sixteen Dollars. Their home delivery fee was only Ten Dollars, which I thought was super cheap. I also found them on their Brindabella Stockfeed Facebook, and read lots of lovely comments from their previous customers. Thankyou Rebecca, and Brindabella Stockfeed, for helping me out on that Saturday morning.

We order at 10pm and they deliver the next day at 8am. Consistently excellent products and fast delivery. Bloody excellent.
