Nuriootpa War Memorial Swimming Pool

Surrounded by well established gum trees, the “Nuri” pool is a calm haven for lap swimmers like me.

Pool facilities and staff were fantastic. Perfect mixture of fun, yet responsible.

Excellent 50m pool, allocated swimmers lane at all times. Very impressed with all the lifeguards, they were continuously observing swimmers and very pleasant. The pool is clean, they provide kids with pool toys, the grounds are Shady and BBQ facilities available . Hot and cold showers provided.

Visited yesterday for the first time. Lovely pool and lovely staff. Beautiful trees providing lovely shaded areas.
It would be lovely to see the council spending some decent money to put into some repairs of tiles etc the pool could do with along with some more shade sails. It would be nice to see the pool coming into line with the likes of the Gawler and other outdoor pools.
Must say though really enjoyed the pool and it's lovely peaceful surrounding. And the slushy is to die for my child says ☺🏊

Beautiful outdoor pool with the nicest lifeguards you will ever meet. There's a well stocked canteen with great ice cream choices on those hot days. Plenty of grass space for families to run around on, and a shaded paddling pool for babies and parents. The shallow end is a little deeper than you'd expect, so be sure your little kids can tread water or float confidently before letting them go on their own!

A great deep pool, clean with friendly staff. Volley ball net and goal ring set up on the lawn plenty of seating, a bbq, lots of shade with everyone having lots of fun. A great community place 👍

der Nurri Public Pool ist ein sehr schönes und auch schon älteres Schwimmbad. Hier gehen Schulklassen schwimmen, genau so wie Familien und auch Besucher des Ortes.
Ich war hier oft baden, als ich in Nurri gewohnt habe. Viel Schattige Plätze, sauberes Wasser und Toiletten, freundliches Personal und nie überfüllt gewesen. Der Pool liegt ca. 10 Min. zu Fuß von der Hauptstraße entfernt mitten im Grünen. Mir hat es hier damals sehr gefallen. Leider hatte der Pool immer wieder geschlossen, als ich die letzten male hier in Tanunda bzw. Greenock gewohnt habe.
Trotzdem ist das Schwimmbad sehr empfehlenswert, zumal die Preise hier immer noch sehr günstig sind.
