Nice enough guy, however I was told over the phone that he could diagnose and fix my car since he had experience with the make/model after I explained that I suspected it was a alternator/ regulator fault. After a couple of him missing the agreed times then having to reorganise my busy schedule, upon arrival after only spending 10 mins to check the car to say couldn’t fix it as it was the alternator and needed a workshop! I was charged a $110 call out fee for the privilege. Used others in the past who have diagnosed that do not charge such high fees for little to no value since the garage I now need to take the car to has to diagnose the fault themselves anyway before they fix! I should have saved time and money and taken the car to a garage!
