A week ago my 12 yr old staffy Angus took so ill he had to be rushed to SASH .....after his examination
I was given the news all pet owners dread, it was time for him to leave me.
Heartbreaking, I'm disabled so Angus and I were together all the time.He was my world not just my dog and best friend he was my son , my little boy.
The staff could not of made this painful time more easier, so genuine, comforting and caring throughout the process, they shed tears along with me.
They were fantastic, so skilled at what they do.I hope when my time comes I go as peaceful as my Angus.
A beautiful sympathy card arrived today with the warmest message of condolence.

From the moment I made “ the call “ to SASH on Sunday morning which was to make a time to bring my dear old Labrador in to say good bye the beautiful staff where so loving and felt my pain. The beautiful Vet explained to me what was going to happen and Jack slipped off to sleep never to wake again, but to be with his brother Dave.

All the staff at SASH have been wonderful while diagnosing my senior cat's health problems over the last 2 months. Every option and procedure has been very clearly explained and I've really appreciated the follow ups and updates as we go. Oscar also seems to have a great time each visit even if he does spend half the time snooping on the waiting room!

The staff were wonderful, admin staff friendly and helpful, vet nurse (Emma) very professional but still easy to talk to and comforting, vet (Dr David) explained everything, answered my questions and was very personable even when I was a worried mess. Results from both tests were provided very quickly even though it was right near Christmas which we are very grateful for. They were very gentle with my dog, even when she didn't want to co-operate and I felt that they really cared about the outcome. We were very grateful for the follow up text message and photo of her wolfing down her chicken. The facility was clean and welcoming.

My precious old girl Tiger and I were only here a few times over the last three weeks before I sadly had to say goodbye to her a couple of days ago suddenly, after several tests and thorough investigations that were underway.

The reception staff, nurses and vets treated us with such kindness and compassion. They were generous with their time and patience. Everyone I dealt with gave clear information about what to expect with pricing and timelines. The facilities are immaculate and comfortable, convenient and well maintained.
When it came time to say goodbye, they gave us time and space to be with each other. Everyone has been very understanding and caring - notable during the festive season as they’re dedicating their time to serving our animals and forfeiting time with loved ones.
Thank you so much for your important work, our family appreciated everything you did.

SASH are life savers everyone there are very professional and caring. Dr Dillon and the Nurses were wonderful. My Staffy cross Boxer Lilly received the best of care whilst being examined then undergoing various tests to determine the cause of her partial paralysis. She is now on the way to hopefully a good recovery.She goes back in 2 weeks time to check on her progress etc all included in the original cost charges.

Our darling Violet needed surgery and has visited SASH a few times from ingesting all the things (yes she’s a Labrador puppy). The team at SASH are who you want on your side when your animal is ill. They are caring, patient and so understanding. Can’t recommend them highly enough. Dr Penny Tisdall and her team have taken amazing care of our special girl.

I would like to thank all the staff at SASH for providing us with an absolutely excellent experience albeit with sad news.
My 14 year old daughter's feline friend was injured in an incident involving my partner's two young boys and over the course of 3 days and multiple hospital visits we unfortunately came to the conclusion that her quality of life would not be something we could attain again.
The staff at SASH were not only extremely knowledgeable and patient, they were understanding and empathetic.
I truly appreciate the time and care they took in helping myself and my daughter in Max's final moments.

The people at SASH provided excellent care for our dog and for us! Options and choices were provided for treatment and costs, we received daily updates on our dogs condition, time was taken to answer all of our questions, vets provided explanations for all medical issues, and the reception staff and vet nurses/triage acted with kindness and compassion. We had peace of mind knowing our dog received he best care at great facilities. Highly Recommend!

From the moment we panickily rang SASH Kent Town on a Sunday Eve after our boy was hit by an SUV, everyone there was utterly marvelous. They took immediate action, kept him over night and patched Bobby up for his recovery. Probably back and forth a dozen times over couple months for splint changes, check ups and every single appointment was met with such engaging staff, particularly those on the front desk who were incredible to deal with, not least when helping with gap payments and easing the cost pressure. Special thanks to Dr Penny, who saw Bob right through the process, gave us fantastic advice and care and always on hand when needed. Same goes for reception staff who were always available and so lovely over the phone with any concerns we had.

As you see from pix below, Bobs is back to his flying best. Eating clothes and taking us for a walk. We can't thank SASH Kent Town enough

Service all round was exquisite. The friendly staff from the reception desk through to the vet was outstanding. I felt comfortable from the outset and kept well informed. In a time where you're not thinking straight you appreciate the way you are treated and being comfortable and confident in their care. I really appreciated it.

Rushed my cat here in a panic at 3am from an hour away. I thought she had chewed a lily and been poisoned. The ladies here were so understanding, and had absolutely no judgement when I burst into tears multiple times.
I got lucky and the plant wasn't toxic. They didn't charge me anything for the visit, despite the mess my tears probably made all over the waiting room couch!

When Berlin suffered a severe GDV (bloated and twisted stomach) on Saturday, she was rushed to SASH. The quick and effective response of the vets and nurses saved her life. Their care greatly improved the chance of survival for a 12 year old girl. The staff are very caring and supportive, both to their patients but also the families. Open 24/7, you can go anytime and the standards never drop. The place is so spotless clean. We feel very lucky that we went to SASH for help when needed urgently. This is the place to go. Most caring, helpful and empathetic vets. Everyone we encountered was very kind and caring. I felt incredibly comfortable leaving my cat who went into congestive heart failure in their care. They called me with updates of his wellbeing daily, gave me updates when I called to ask how he was and let me and my partner visit him in the ICU. They explained everything thoroughly to me and put together a detailed care plan for him, and emphasized how I can call them if I have any questions or concerns with his wellbeing in the future. Thank you so much for taking care of my boy Harvey 💖

Reception, nurse and vet were all great. They actually care, unlike some other after hours clinics.

Was very happy that the surgeon and also the nurses took very good care of our love one. They explained in depth and detail on how and what they are going to do in surgery and what happens afterwards too. Toby ( the dog) would like to sat a very big thank you for looking after me and for giving me lots and lots and lotssss of hugs too. My mummy and daddy recommend SASH to any animal love. The staff are unbelievably friendly and helpful. I love the seperate waiting area for cats and I’m sure my cat loved it to. The Doctor was knowledgeable, patient and really helpful with discussing treatment options. Would recommend anyone to leave their pets in SASHs care. Thank you very much

Very friendly staff and specialist vets have excellent knowledge and gave great advice. I didn't feel rushed as some vets do and got honest advice to help my dog. Rather than some vets that push their own opinions to make a quick dollar.
The fees are quite expensive however it is expert advice I was seeking, so kind of expected that.
Overall very happy and got help I needed for my dog. Thanks to everyone there.
