Having recently been a tenant with them, I can say it was a great experience; they are easy to get in touch with and prompt in their response and organising any potential trades or assistance. From a landlord's perspective, I would certainly engage the team as I found their attitude and professionalism, not only ensured the property was well looked after, but fostered an environment that made us as tenants want to care for it and even improve it. I've recently been successful to rent an amazing property via Harcourts. The monthly report is detailed and well presented and each time I have requested advice I have been looked after by an efficient and practical staff.
