I had the most wonderful experience this morning courtesy of Mandy when I was having blood taken for tests. Everyone there was cheery, friendly and very courteous. A warm friendly atmosphere. I did not even know the bloodwork had finished as I felt nothing from start to finish. Mandy was such an experienced and painless operator (and throw in a wonderful sense of humour). I will definitely go back every time. Jock McGowan, Coromandel Valley.

The lady was able to get blood from my husband even though most people including Dr's can't.

Good service but small and not many staff so might have to wait a bit. There's plenty of off street parking as its in a shopping village. Make sure to call in advance to see if there's any time or booking requirements required for your particular test.

Attended here twice to have bloods taken. I'm concered about antiquated pen and paper systems and the lack of patient confidentially which I witnessed. I would definitely recommend SA Pathology across the car park for a modern service.

I was unlucky enough to get a rude nurse that not only gave me a bruise but was untrustworthy & aggressive. It was the worse experience I have ever had taking blood anywhere else. I had to make a formal complaint about that nurse the next day as I was so worried she didn’t follow protocol & nor did things properly. Avoid.

I had blood drawn here last week and ended not being able to straighten my arm, with heavy bruising still developing after 1 week. I also had to ask the clinician to put their mask over their nose as they were only wearing it over this mouth (COVID restrictions at the time mandated all present wear a mask).
