Newcastle and Hunter Pet Crematorium Bobs Farm

We had to put our boxer Floyd down after 11 years. I called Newcastle and hunter pet crematorium and informed them as well as letting them know the vet he was being taken to. The utmost care and empathy was given to my family at this time by this company as well as some links to grieving counselling also. We chose to go with this company because of this and at a fair price Floyd was delivered home to our door in a lovely wooden box with an awesome gold plate engraved with our choice of words. Also a lovely cutting of his fur, a gold paw print, scented candle to light in his memory and some poppy seeds to plant to always remember him. This company and service has went above and beyond at such a devastating time in my family's life and I could not recommended them more. Thank you so much team you are truly an awesome service that my family will recommend and use in the future if needed. If I could give ten stars I could.

I recently lost my best friend of 10 years and Di was so kind and comforting, she made the whole experience that little bit easier for me and my partner. She let us take our time to say our goodbyes and supplied us with the most beautiful keepsakes of our special boy. Thank you so much for helping us through such a horrible time in our lives.

I recently lost my best friend of nearly 14 years ,
I'm not sure what I was expecting, but was definitely blown away by the beautiful package we received,
The detail, care , thought and absolute professionalism that is put into this process, left me lost for words ,

Even though our beautiful Labrador was old his actual passing was unexpected.
I was unable to even look at the pamphlet the vet gave us for the cremation choice so my husband chose the basic package as I was planning on making something unique and amazing for him.
What we received was so much and was like the gift that kept on giving , just opening up a beautiful little reminder of him , followed by another ,

Then the gesture of the memorial candle and the absolute finial perfect touch being seeds to plant in his memory.
It was also so lovely to see that they organise a grief morning tea , how nice to have people who understand to talk to, and make you realise that your grief is real.

For the "" Basic package" it was far from basic and I actually have it all out on display, .

I can not thank you enough for the kindness, support, understanding and for making me feel that little bit better in a sad situation.

What a wonderful business. These beautiful people have looked after our beloved dog and brought him back in the most beautiful urn with a snippet of hair, beautiful gold paw print and a wonderful story that I read to my 4yr old. Could not recommend these guys enough. They have gone above and beyond and made sure our boy was returned to us safely and beautifully. Such a kind, empathetic and understanding service. They truly understand the magnitude and nature of grief associated with losing a pet. I felt very looked after and cared for. The respect, attention and reverence given to Oslo was beautiful and the care and concern for myself and family extended way beyond a simple transaction.

I now have these beautiful momentos of my precious boy, as well as some rosemary seeds to plant in remembrance.

Di is such a beautiful caring lady . They go above and beyond at such a sad and stressful time for their customers who they actually treat you like family . You are not just a number to them . They offer counseling after your pet has passed away which may help a lot of people deal with their grief. Di is very easy and caring to talk too, she makes sure all your needs are attended too in making the decision to have your loved pet cremated . They have many options on how you would like your beloved pet remembered , from
Beautiful made boxes to urns and lovely verses . Nothing is a problem . I have had 2 of my beautiful cats cremated with Pet Cremation and highly recommended them . Your pet comes back to just how you wanted . They also have payment options which is a big help at time of need and such a heartbreaking time .

Yesterday my beloved best friend the gentle giant passed away in my arms and shattered my world. Amidst my tears I called this place after reading all the 5 star reviews. Despite the fact that we didn't arrive until 7pm this beautiful lady allowed my son and I time to say our goodbyes and not once made us feel rushed. My experience with Di made me feel confident my beautiful big boy was going to his final journey with dignity and respect. Thank you Di for helping me on one of the worst days of my life. I can't wait to get him back x

We first used Newcastle & Hunter Pet Crematorium in 2013 have been a back a few times since over the years when we have lost one of loved ones and they are absolutely amazing. Everyone are always so kind and caring during a very sad time in our lives. They allowed us to say goodbye to our beloved pets in our way and never rushed us. Di and Mark understand what our pets mean to us and handle them with care and dignity and I can recommend them to take care of your loved ones.

We have unfortunately had to call apon di and the team twice in the last 12 months. Both times well after normal hours and they accommodated us to help my family lay our two fur babies to rest. They care, they want to support and most of all they want to honour your animal. We often meet to greatest people in not so ideal situations and this is exactly what has happened to my family. I can’t put into words how much I would recommend di and her team. Thank you.

Thank you Newcastle and Hunter Pet Crematorium for the care and compassion you gave to us with the sad passing of our beautiful Ruby. Our girl passed away in between Christmas and New Year and to hear that you were still open and able to assist us with Ruby was such a huge relief for us. This was an extremely difficult time for us but being able to actually speak with you to make arrangements for Ruby and knowing she was in your care made it a little easier.
