We have been training with Altitude Training WA for just over a year now. We are 63 and love the fact we can get a great workout on the bikes with minimum impact and stress on our bodies. We would never go to a normal gym but the chamber is a great space and we always feel comfortable. We have both lost weight and cm's but the best thing is the boost in energy levels and we are both sleeping really well. Each time we do a spin class with Auzz or Tash we get home feeling awesome instead of sore and fatigued. We highly recommend Altitude Training WA.

I’ve been using Altitude training as part of my program for mountain biking, in preparation to ride at the EWS in Derby Tasmania. Auzzie and Tash from Altitude Training WA have an unbelievable facility that is available to everyone, and a huge amount of knowledge that they are eager to share.

In the short time I’ve been using Altitude as part of my program, I’ve found that my recovery rate between efforts is now quicker, which means I can move into the next effort sooner.
I’m also feeling stronger on long, sustained climbs and feel I can maintain a higher effort for a longer period.

The short sessions also make it very convenient to get some quality training in that fits in around a busy family, work and social schedule.

Auzzie and Tash are very passionate about giving anyone who comes through their doors, the most effective training possible and all the support required to reach your goals. They are very professional and have a great understanding of how effective Altitude training can be for everyone.
Altitude training was once a tool or program only available at the elite level, now it is being delivered to the community to give everyone the opportunity to utilise the great health benefits, or add it into your current health and fitness schedule.

I can’t recommend Altitude Training enough!! From the minute I stepped into the chamber Auzzie explained everything about the benefits of training at altitude and how the body responds to it. He really knows his stuff! Auzzie and Tash put me through a program to help improve my cardio fitness and endurance to enhance my training at F45 and after only a few weeks I noticed huge changes in my recovery and endurance. The best part was they were so flexible in tailoring the program to meet what I wanted to get out of it. This is perfect for anyone wanting to improve their overall fitness, smash training goals, lose weight and just general health and well-being.

Having spent some time climbing and riding at altitude over the last decade, the advantages seemed obvious.
As a weekend warrior with a busy family and business life, it wasn't until Aussie and Tash at Altitude Training WA, started helping me with nutrition and learning to train smarter not harder, that the real benefits of altitude training became obvious.
Its so much more than just an elite athletes tool, it has real value for all of us average joes who just want to get the most out of the limited spare time we do have.

They have an immense amount of knowledge on the subject and athlete coaching in general.
If your training for your first marathon or just want to have more energy on the weekends, you'd be hard pressed to find better value than one of Aussies and Tashs altitude programs.

But they also have strong family and community values

I completed the Altitude Training WA triathlon 10 week program and can’t recommend these guys highly enough! I commenced the program having next to no level of fitness. Tash and Auzzie’s knowledge is phenomenal. They developed a program which allowed me to not only complete the triathlon (which I didn’t think was possible) but actually post a very respectable time! The benifits from training in the chamber were amazing. I’m completely hooked!!! Can’t recommend them highly enough 👍

I can’t recommend Altitude Training WA highly enough. Since starting with them I have experienced massive improvement in my fitness and performance. The facility is world class and very professionally run giving you an extremely efficient training session.

Love these session to help aid my fitness and recovery from Football games. Aussie and Tash are great value, always enthusiastic and take the time to really explain each sessions goal. Suitable for all body types and ages! would highly recommend.

Amazing low impact training, perfect fitness for all fitness levels, the self administered sessions are good to be able to rock up and just do the work at your own pace but its also good to have Aussie and Tash in there too as they great at explaining the requirements and goals for each session! Would recommend.

Started Altitude Training 2 times a week to try and improve my cardiovascular fitness to compliment my Crossfit training and I’ve seen a huge improvement in a few weeks! Would recommend to anyone looking to improve their conditioning and improve body composition as a bonus. I’ve lost a kg since starting :)

Auz & Tash are so passionate about what they do! They are great coaches and role models with a wealth of knowledge about how to maximise chamber training. I would highly recommend anyone looking for that extra edge for their next event do a series of sessions with Altitude Training WA

If your looking to reach your max performance or even just keep fit, I definitely suggest getting in to this! I’ve had nothing but positive results and couldn’t be happier with it. Altitude Training WA also have a great team, always there to help and support you to reach your goal, do your best and test your limits !

My daughter was trying to qualify for the state cross country team after 2 years of bad luck. Just 4 sessions in the chamber had her firing on all cylinders and she was full of confidence on trial day and made the team with a 2nd place! It's amazing what you can do in such a short time at Altitude Training WA!

I used to play football about 25 years ago.
Did only social fun sports for the next 20 years.
I started running 5km parkruns 5 years ago.
Have continued to improve as my training hardened, but kept getting muscle tears or strains and aches.
Spent a small fortune on chiropractor and massages and creams and etc, to help.
Since starting alititude training, ive noticed im running easier and lighter somehow.
And my body is not under strain. My times are quicker yet i dont feel like im worker harder.
I cant explain the technical stuff, but Auzzie and Tash can.

The low oxygen environment makes your body work harder than it normally would....
It makes you feel really good.
