We were served by Luca from Stratco at Mount Barker. Luca is an amazing representative of Stratco Mount Barker store. His customer service skills were amazing. He is friendly yet extremely professional. He went above & beyond to design the perfect outdoor entertaining area for our home. Cam (who served me at checkout) was ultra friendly in fact all the team at the Stratco Mount Barker store is exceptional with customer service.
Highly highly recommend Luca because of the amazing customer service we received from him we would recommend him to all of our friends and family..

Good service, questioned my material quantities to ensure they were correct. Less than 2 days latter job was ready to pickup and all correct! Bought extra tek screws for the job with my docket voucher. I had to fork out $2.08 for the four extra screws that exceed the voucher value. At least I know they were following the sales process.

I recently purchased a garden shed from Stratco. The salesperson was Will. From the very beginning to the end Will has been wonderful. He was easy to communicate with and always had time for my silly questions and changes. I had some hiccups ( bad weather and Covid) along the way, which was nothing to do with the shed I ordered. Will coordinated the delivery and install and was happy to be flexible with our arrangements. He has gone above and beyond my expectations. Thank you Will for all you did throughout the process. The garden shed looks great !

Mason at Stratco Mount Barker could not have been more helpful in our recent purchase. Being new to the area, it was a welcome surprise to us to receive good old fashioned personal service and follow up. Our purchase wasn’t in stock at time of ordering, but it was monitored and we were kept advised of its progress all the way as promised. Highly recommended!

Compared to my post about Bunnings, this place has got it right. Friendly, knowledgeable staff - they have an ex tradesman who knows all the ins and outs, and good prices. There's enough choice without there being too much choice, and enough staff to make a quick visit a quick one, or a longer one if you are after ideas or help solving a problem. TBH I loved the new store!

We have been shopping here since it opened. All the staff are wonderful. Fergus customer care is amazing to the point he couldn't understand what we wanted to buy and came to our house. Once he understood we bought our undercover area and he recommend a great person to install. There customer care shines through.sometimes we may have to wait for service but we don't mind because we know they will do best for us.

Stratco helped me design my chicken palace, ordered the materials cut to size and it went like a dream! Its a great place to shop that I thoroughly recommend.

Mason was extremely helpful with my fencing project! We got quick screen front fence and good neighbour sides. He kept up a constant line of communication and even coordinated an installer for me. We'll be back for a garden shed in the new year!

Bought a fence and used an installer recommended by Stratco. That installer was an absolute nightmare (to much to list). After a botched install, damage the the property and abuse from contractor I lodged complaint with Stratco. I received a call instantly from the COO who had Matthew follow through with me. Stratco removed the contractor from dealing with me any further, paid for another contractor to come in and fix who did a great salvage job (Ian - angel fabrications). Months later wind damaged the fence gates that were too big a span for the posts (in my opinion) and after going back to Stratco a second time they not only paid for contractor again but also re-designed custom heavy duty gates/posts at no charge to me. They didn't cut corners instead ripped the whole thing out to start again. The gates are now far superior to what I had originally paid for, and feel that Stratco not only took ownership of the problems but they also somewhat compensated me for the troubles id had. Great work Stratco. I will shop here whenever I can in future because they stand by their product and take ownership of things that plenty of companies would argue.
