Drysdale Amcal + Pharmacy

There’s a particular product that I needed desperately and had been unable to get anywhere else on the Bellarine. I’d been told four times by another pharmacy that it was “coming in next day” and travelled 40kgs round trip four times only to be let down. On the off chance, I tried Amcal Drysdale. Not only did they have one tube of what I needed left, but Janine found me another one in a different department. She chased me into the carpark with it! Can’t thank her enough. Xx

This is the best chemistry I've know. I suffered a permanent spinal injury which requires ongoing pain medication.
Most chemists in the area including "Peak Pharmacy" when it was run by "Peter Cramp" and "Stleanards Chemist" and many others looked down on me and treated me that way, yet Im a respectable 54 year old successful man.
Am Amcal Pharmacy Drydedale is run by "Chris Walsh" who's always treated me with dignity, respect and never judges me.
It's a good example of a very well run business and a credit to "Chris Walsh" which might I add has won many business awards including best business in the Shire.
What can I say about the staff, just wonderful is one fitting word. They are always polite, respectful and helpful. The always remembered my name even under my mask.
In conclusion, this is an extremely well run business,well stocked with awesome staff and very fairly priced.
I can't recommend this Pharmacy any higher. I'd give the 10 stars if I could

They're a really good bunch in there. I always find them to be quick to serve you, very attentive and they actually know about their products - much better than the chemists that employ kids for cheap labour, that don't know anything! The other thing I like is that they don't try to sell you stuff that you don't need. Yep, they're good.

This is the most professional and friendly pharmacy you will find. The pharmacists (including the owner) and staff are always friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.

Always get fabulous customer service and the pharmacists and staff go above and beyond to help.

Lovely staff, unfortunately the scripts are more than double the price of some other Pharmacy's.

Scripts are nearly twice the cost as Direct Chemist!! And yes, I'll go to Direct Chemist for any other scripts.

I have been shopping here for 7 years as I have found the staff friendly, but the owner and pharmacists working there are very rude and condescending. I have decided to permanently take my business to another chemist with a smaller range but better and friendlier pharmacist.

Didn't appreciate one of the lady staff members saying to me how long do you have left to go
I'm not pregnant and I wouldn't say that to someone I didn't Know you made my day thanks 😡
