Longford & Northern Midlands Veterinary Services (Tasmania)

Been going to this clinic the last year with my 2 senior dogs. They are friendly professional but also down to earth. (Main thing they are good with my babies and know what there doing). They will accommodate you as soon as they can.

Update have had to go back recently a few times with my 2 seniors. 14 and nearly 14. Excellent service as they know we are struggling with the age of our pets and ailments. They take the care to make sure they are comfortable. 🐶🐶

The most incredible staff who are exceptional at what they do! The love & care shown for each individual pet (& owner/s!), their compassion & integrity is second to none... I wouldn't go anywhere else!

Exceptional Vets and Team! Recent new client with several elderly animals and their care, knowledge, advice is second to none. I've spoken with several Vets and support team and they have certainly made a great impression. Knowledgeable, sharing info in plain English, compassionate, supportive with pricing quite reasonable. I can't imagine going anywhere else..I just wish I'd discovered them earlier ⭐

I tried every vet in Launceston and surrounding areas, couldn’t get in anywhere.
Then I got suggestions of this vet. I highly recommend them.
More Louie is my world, they gave me so much reassurance they would do everything they could for him.
He still has to have operation, will write another review after that.

This Vet has gone, 'Above and beyond for me yet again. Best vets in Tasmania, if you have to drive a long distance to get there, it will be well worth your time and money.

Just unbelievably awesome vet, fully recommend them, I had a falling out with my last vet, after that they were going to let my dog die, he needed emergency help to save his live, and that other vet from Charles St Launceston, DONT TRUST THEM. Longford vet is the most AWESOME VET IN TASMANIA !!!!!!!!!!!!

The highest recommendations for Peter, takes his time with care, always explains his findings well, discusses options and really looks into ruling out other possible medical issues. Could not ask for a better experience at the veterinary clinic.

Took my 2 year old puppy for his vaccinations and the staff are so lovely and you can tell they really love their animals. Milo was so calm the whole time

The staff here are very dedicated and compassionate. They not only have your pet's best interest at heart they have the owner's best interests at heart. Their prices are far more reasonable than other vets I have been to in Launceston. I am so glad I chose to go here.

The friendly service and professional care we received today for our 15 y/old cat was second to none. The staff & vet were kind, caring, thorough & informative. We left knowing our beautiful girl was going to be okay. We will certainly be back for all our animal's future medical needs. Thank you for being so wonderful.

Brilliant care and treatment of my little digs.

Exemplary care for patients and upset owners. The clinic has looked after all our animals from competition horses to lazy house cats for years. Outstanding professionals, the entire surgery staff.

Peter, Lucie, Alisha and the rest of the team at Longford Vet do an amazing job at making sure my boy receives only the best treatment. They are all passionate about their work and care for your loved ones.

Cannot recommend this practice highly enough. Awesome and caring staff. They have won our businesses. Will drive to Longford from Launceston any day to get this level of care.

The receptionist and vet was so nice and helpful, really helped us out as we couldn't get our dog to the vet and they came to us. Amazing service and people cannot recommend highly enough

After speaking with the receptionist I was relieved to find I could make an appt. The receptionist is very friendly yet professional, took the time to explain things to me so with my brain damage, I could understand each answer. Thanks so much xx

Such a lovely vet - just dropped off a young injured kookaburra here - staff were fabulous, beautiful calming music & lovely atmosphere - the place has the feel of divine healing centre & smells lovely too!
Would definitely recommend!

They are absolutely fantastic! Wonderful receptionists and brilliant vets. I travel an hour to get there but worth it every time!
