Needed to get a windscreen replaced on my Toyota. Less than 24 hours later and windscreen is done. Very seamless and easy process. Toyota also lowered my premium because the car is now not under finance. They asked the question. Didn’t have to but they did. Great service. Thankyou 😎

Would not recommend anyone insures with Toyota. They are extremely slow in resolving claims, even when you're not at fault. The service is absolutely appalling, fancy wanting a bank statement to prove you've paid your registration, even after a Vicroads receipt has been sent. They will try anything to reduce and prolong payments of claims.
Ive been comprehensively insured with them for about 7 years, with no claims. Unfortunately ive had to find out the hard way that when you make a not at fault claim, even having the at fault drivers details, claims are slow and tedious.
Please stay away people.

Very poor service . I have toyota comprehensive insurance . My vehicle got into an accident , which is other party's fault . Their insurance which is RAA approved the claim within hours. Toyata has not authorized the claim for nearly a month. When I tried to contact them wait time is 35 miminutes and when I tried to wait 35 minutes call drops. After trillion times when I contacted them they take all the details and when I told my problem they hangup never called me back.so frutrating. Terrible service .
