My Medical Practice - Murrumbateman (BULK BILLED)

My family and I have been seeing Doctor Sambo and have been so grateful to have found him. He is kind, thorough and fabulous with children and takes his time to make sure they're comfortable being examined by him, eliminating the fear some children have with seeing a doctor.
The practice is always clean and tidy, reception is warm and inviting and the services provided under a bulk billed arrangement are great.

I really appreciate how thorough Dr Marlon is and how he is interested in the whole person. He takes the time to check in on how I am doing in addition to dealing with the immediate issues. I feel listened to, respected and cared for and that is not as common as it should be. We are very fortunate to have Dr Marlon and this practice in our small town and I am very grateful.

Prompt and attentive service once I got there. By comparison, wrangling the HotDocs login creation process to interact with the appointment electronically was a real pain.

The practise had a lovely warm, inviting feel & the staff were friendly, professional and inviting. The centre bulk bills too which is great.

Dr Marlon is lovely! I was late for my appointment due to road works and he cut his lunch break short to see me. Great service!

I picked my son up from school complaining about ear pain and a sore cheeck. I stop in on my way home taking a chance to see if I could get in or some advice. The ladies could give me advice and booked my son in first thing the next morning.

I am so lucky to live a walk away from this great service. I have found a wonderful GP who really manages my wellbeing. Dr Anusha has really improved my health and life in the past few months. The pharmacy and medical centre staff are also great, always friendly, always have the medicine I need quickly or are happy to make calls for me to organise specialists, change appointments etc. I feel very well looked after.

Having been around quite a few GP surgeries and Pharmacy’s in my time, owing to complicated medical conditions, I can’t rate this place other than top. The General Practitioners here are thoughtful, engaging and above all very professional. There is no jumping straight to the prescription pad here. The Pharmacy staff are amazing and being located onsite, makes the whole appointment go smoothly. Great work team.
