Kingdom Hall of Jehovahs Witnesses

It is a smallish congregation. Several people approached us as we entered. The Bible talk was by a visiting speaker. The WT study had lots of audience participation. There was heaps of parking. It was neat and well maintained.

Fantastic to being there

On 27th July my 37 yo son visited this place. He was asking for help, he made it clear that he wasn't after money. He was very depressed, he tried psychologists, psychiatric but it didn't help. I am surprised he visited Jehovah witness in Gingin but he was desperate. He didn't tell me what happened but a week after his visit he killed himself. Shortly after I received a letter addressed to him from this branch telling him they couldn't see him when he arrived because of the corona virus. Yes the corona virus in WA, this was followed by preaching like the one they do when they knock on our doors and disturb us. If they follow the bible as they say they shouldn't lie and make excuses. If they really follow the bible they should have opened the door and maybe, just maybe offer my son a few kind words, maybe even they could've stopped him from ending his life. Ian was very forgiving, when he saw the letter he told me to throw it away and forget about it. Its only after his death I realised what he was trying to do. Seek help. Unfortunately he went to the wrong place. I hope they will have time to read this review and know how to open their heart and door to people needing spiritual help and some comforting words.
