In 2019 I set up my team’s offices at Offices On The Park (OOTP) at Wayville and I am thoroughly impressed with the services provided here....plus it has really helped me keep my overheads down when I compare it my previous office setup.

Kellie and Linda are incredibly helpful and go out of their way to make sure that everything runs smoothly. They are always quick to address any issues that may arise, particularly with tech access or other logistical matters.

The offices themselves are also very comfortable and well-appointed, making it a pleasure to come to work every day.

Additionally, the location is exceptionally convenient, as it is situated on the city fringe, making it easy to get to and from the office.

One of the things I love about OOTP is their flexibility to increase space as my business grows. It's great to know that I can stay with them for the long haul without having to worry about moving to a new location.

The parking situation is also very convenient, with easy parking available behind the office as well as in local car parks.

Lastly, the other tenants at OOTP are all really nice and, importantly, well-behaved. It's always nice to be in a professional environment where everyone is respectful and courteous.

Overall, I highly recommend Offices On The Park (OOTP) at Wayville for anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and professional workspace.

I have been operating my business at offices on the park for a number of years and have been extremely happy with the level of service and professionalism of the office team. The building has excellent amenities and friendly tenants who create a fantastic working environment to be part of.

We have been using their offices and service for 1 year and now had to move out - have got our own place. 1 year ago before moved in, we did compare quite a few serviced offices and this one was a fantastic place for best value. Their offices are bright and modern, tastefully decorated, and 24/7 access. Office furniture is provided and full equipped kitchen for us to use. Also have coffee machines available... Everything you need is provided and rental is very reasonable. For the whole year we didn't have any problem but very happy experience except the air con was too cold in summer... It's sad to leave but thank you very much, Jacinta, Michaela, and Annie Marie for supporting us with a best workplace and top tier service!

I recently set up a home office after spending 2 years with OOTP and was sad to say goodbye to the OOTP Team. Although there are multiple companies in the one building, the OOTP team manage to treat each company as if they are special. Great service, clean, modern offices and boardroom facilities, as well as undercover parking.....all at competitive rates. As an added bonus there are great networking opportunities with fellow tenants. I would would highly recommend their services to anyone considering shared office space in Adelaide and would not hesitate to return, should the need arise.

We love the comradery, the friendly atmosphere, the highly professional way the office is managed and the way our clients are greeted both personally and over the telephone. I've been a tenant with OOTP since 2014, and I have very much enjoyed working here. When we decided to rent an office space here, I searched the options far and wide, and I have to say that irrespective of OOTP being the best value for money, the decision to move here has been a good one, and has directly benefited our company in several ways. The staff that support our business function at OOTP are always friendly, helpful, responsive, professional and polite. Also, there are a large number of tenants in a range of professional and diverse business sectors, and are also good standing people that are equally friendly, helpful and keen to help each other out professionally and personally, and simply just socialise. I'd have no hesitation in recommending OOTP to a business that was considering becoming a tenant here. All things equal the facilities that are provided are new, well maintained and are first rate.
