Salvos Stores Regency Plaza

This is my absolute favourite Salvos store,The staff are sooooo lovely and the range is really eclectic and I found some real gems at this store!

Excellent shop. Multiple selections of clothing and items at great prices. Enjoyed my visit there. Staff are friendly too.

Very good op shop. Great range of clothes and homewares. Store is spacious and well organised, EG clothes are sorted by size, making it easy to find what you are looking for.

I am just bias I think I believe that we need to help these businesses because there is always a time that everyone would wear clothes you can buy from these stores I mostly buy my clothes from them and most of the time I find myself looking at clothes identical to the bigger more expensive brands but I look just as nice as if I was and I will be able to walk out the store with some money left over so if I can afford to I will leave it as a tip for them because instead of walking out with one bag with one or two pieces of clothes maybe costing me $50- or more, I usually leave with one or two bags with about 5 to 10 items of clothing costing me the same or just under so I am happy to leave them with what I may have saved and then I know that I have helped them with the charity work that they so very kindly are a part of.

Great layout. Items are easy to find. A wide selection with good service and very affordable.

Good quality stuffs are available at reasonable rate. All staff members are so kind and welcoming.

The stock is really good. Well priced. But the one staff member I encountered, older shorter lady… oh boy! Was guarding the change room when she saw I had 6 items instead of 4 wouldn’t allow me in the change room with 6. I explained I only want to use the mirror! She was waiting for her opportunity to certainly let me know 4 was the limit. Eyeing me off like a hawk.

Unfriendly staff and overpriced. They are getting everything for free from others’ generosity and when one item didn’t have a price I suggested a reasonable price and she declined and no more bargaining. Very stingy and she was also cold and rude. Why work there if you’re not there to be kind and courteous to others and help a charity organisation. At least smile at the customers and welcome them. Staff needs to be replaced

Very unfriendly staff on 20/6/23! When asking about potential use of a trolley for a large number of items to donate (this is what a great staff member offered me last time as he said he would just need to bring donation bins inside once I filled them anyway,) I was met with disgust and laughter from 2 staff members with rude remarks. These items could have been sold privately (approx $1000 of clothes and home goods) but I wished to donate as my experience last time was so fantastic. Very disappointed. Was informed that an Area Manager would be in touch to discuss however I've not been contacted. I will be donating my items elsewhere in future to one of the 5 other charity shops in my local area.

Hmmm, the store has a lot of variety, though I was thoroughly disappointed with one of the employees who was speaking really condicendingly to a person asking general questions about an electronic for sale. The person asking the question was polite, and curious about a HDMI electronic item, the lady replying was needlessly rude and condescending. Later I moved to the register where I heard her saying to colleges 'he was asking about HDMI, if you ask stupid questions you will get stupid answers' followed by laughter - referring to the conversation. I should point out this was a man of colour too. It was a strange and extremely unprofessional experiance. Not what I expected from SALVOS.
