Great rates and service. Loan cars available when booked. Charge for loan car about $35.00. They service all our fleet vehicles and have for some years now. Would not use anyone else. Staff are extremely accommodating, friendly, helpful professional. Bill the owner is very highly skilled along with his service technicians. They take extreme pride in there business and service to their customers. Highly recommended.

Very happy customer. They gave a quote before commencing the work and listened to our needs. The manager took time out to talk to us and is very fair and understanding. Sue the receptionist was friendly and even had a laugh with us. I would recommend louca to anyone as I found them to be honest and trustworthy.

Bill Louca has old school values, is a great mechanic and a lovely man! We have taken our cars to Bill to be serviced since he was based in Norwood, and we were living in Norwood. And we still take our car to Bill now that he is in Hampstead Gardens, and we live on the other side of the city!

Great customer service, very knowledgeable. My car is running like she's new again, yet she was built in 1996. The motor is as quiet as a mouse, and she no longer gives the occasional shudder when she idles, yet she's idling even lower. The air-conditioning is fixed. Bill even replaced my bulbs and gave the car a clean, and with four kids, it needed a clean. Most importantly, Louca Automotive are honest, they don't pad bills. I highly recommend them.

4 years later and I'm still just as happy with this service. Now as my kids are getting older I have them take their kids to Louca Automotive and Electrical too, because my kids are the most important people in my world, and I need to know that the person looking after their cars is doing the right thing so my kids are safe on the road.

Bill Louca is a man of the utmost integrity. I appreciate his calm demeaner, sage advice and his incisive ability to swiftly diagnose and identify automotive problems of varying nature and complexity. The reception staff are wonderful and I’m always grateful for their timely communications. Having experienced incompetent, opportunistic mechanics many years ago, it's nice to feel that I’m a valued client and that my vehicle is safe. The Louca group has had my complete trust for two years, and I say unreservedly that Bill’s the best mechanic I’ve had in 50+ years of being a motorist. Five platinum stars for the team.

Bill was honest and transparent about cost of substantial electrical repairs/replacement parts needed (Golf GTi). Very reasonable price for the work done on a difficult repair. The car was immaculate when I picked it up. Very happy with the service carried out. Highly recommend Louca Automotive.

Bill has looked after my car for about 25 years very honest and fair mechanic. Explains what has been done and explains what will need doing in near and distant future. Bill is an excellent tradesman.
4/7/18 adit Back for my next service, this time took the option of a loan car on my day off, I was loaned a brand new car for a very small amount, when I returned my car looked as though it had the best clean since new, the work done was clearly explained.
Bill has in the past and continues to run a top rate business.

Bill is an incredible mechanic. He is patient and always willing to give advice when thinking about options to fix or when considering purchasing a new car. It's fantastic having the option to have a rental car while your car is getting serviced. Truly blown away that this service exists in this day and age. Cannot recommend enough.

Right from the time you drive the car in the place is impeccable. The business owners strive hard to exceed the customer's expectation.

Took my Toyota Prado to Louca Automotive after I had heard good feedback from a friend. Was a little concerned, as this was the first time i wasn't taking my car to a Toyota dealer to be serviced, but In the end had absolutely no reason to worry. Was extremely happy with the customer service, (friendly and listened to my concerns) pricing was comparable to others, and attention to detail wasn't missed either (hadn't seen it so clean in years!). Will certainly be continuing to take my car to Louca's in the future!!!

He can accommodate your schedule and they have Loan Cars if the vehicle needs to stay overnight. Best Mechanic I've ever had. Please never retire Bill !!!

Taken my car there a few times and each time I have driven away happy with work and price. Have been to a few mechanics in the past and Bill seems pretty straightforward, honest and one of the best Ive dealt with so far. I'll definitely use them again
