Leo has been amazing, answering any of mine or my parents questions. Talking to us about the process how it works etc. Helping us pick the best house and the best design. Was able to give me some of the must things I wanted to have in my house and even suggested a good land too.

Leo is always available when needed for last minute questions or concerns. Is happy to have conversation over phone or text.

Signed my build contract last weekend now just waiting for plans and the land to settle and hopefully begin my building journey.

Chaise from Sale & Kathy from Pre-construction were very helpful - literally holding my hand along the way after a poor experience from a previous builder I had signed up with. I never felt like a burden to them when calling. I am currently in the construction phase - cannot wait to have my home built!

My experience with Alyssa as my construction consultant has been amazing. She has been so communicative, extremely responsive, friendly and just all around great to deal with. Things have progressed quickly and I've always received excellent advice and service. Highly recommend.

I honestly don't know how I would have gotten through this process without the team that I had.

Leo was my builder, he was professional and easy going from the start. He always threw ideas and helped with things as much as he could. He even went out of his way to ease my stresses and concerns with finance around the build.

Enima was who I dealt with for my selections. She also made a very stressful situation as comfortable as possible. I went into selections worried about how I am going to pick everything right without it mis matching. I went in with a rough idea of what I wanted and explained it to her and before I had finished picking the colors for the exterior I was confident that I was picking the correct colors for me with her advice and that continued throughout the whole process.

The other staff members were very friendly and welcoming.
I am super happy with my selections as the standard range is amazing.

Leo has been a rock-solid building consultant throughout the entire process, which began in mid-2022!

Always helpful and consistently providing timely responses whenever I had questions or needing to have the building plans customised and changed.

A highlight of my experience was when I had a fairly serious issue with the initial building plan I originally selected which hadn’t fit my requirements exactly. It resulted in me hastily signing a contract with another building company.

Fortunately Leo with his quick thinking was able to find and design a better suited floor plan customised to fit exactly what I wanted and fit on my 12.5m wide block.

I have since cancelled the other contract and moved forward again on a new contract with Leo matching exactly what I wanted. Happy to say I’m glad I stuck with him because he’s showed a lot of expertise in the whole process so much so I wouldn’t be comfortable building with anybody else.

Keen on the next and possibly final step to begin construction, once the land titles next month.

Back in 2017 we walked into the Seaford Heights display home for SA Housing Centre.

We were warmly greeted by the consultant Rosa. After looking through the home liking the design, Rosa welcomed us to talk to her about ideas on what kind of home we wanted and where we would want to build.

After explaining a few criteria we were looking at, Rosa instantly had a handful of floor plans which ticked our boxes.

We found a design we liked and got a quote written up on it.

Upon finding land we decided that the original home we liked wasn’t as suited for the land and found a very similar design which suited the block more and Rosa happily redid a new quote for us!

The whole process was easy (especially after the great advice from Rosa from her previous building experiences) everyone we dealt with from KeyStart their in house brokers, the receptionists all the way to the site supervisor were polite, professional and very understanding of our needs, and promptly answered any concerns and queries we had.

Knowing SAHC is apart of the Hickinbotham group we knew they had experience behind them and watching the house being built we can see that they put the same care into their SAHC brand as they do their Hickinbotham brand. We chose SAHC in the end because their floor plans were amongst the best in our budget, the selections weren’t just a pick from two options (you had a choice of many products!) and at no point did any consultant/assistant/etc try sell upgrades to us. The staff we dealt with made this experience all about us and not their pay checks.

I’ve just signed a build contract with SAHC for my first home. Rick walked me through the process and has been very responsive to any and all questions I’ve had. I’m only in the preconstruction phase, but I can only praise Rick for his work so far, and I look forward to seeing my build come together over the coming months.

My son decided to build with S.A housing centre and being the first in our family to build a new house we were a little nervous as to how the process would unfold.The build was during the covid pandemic and associated building materials shortage and although it took a bit longer than usual we were very impressed with the finished result and overall the process was easier and less stressful than we had anticipated.

It has taken 12 long months to finally get a contract on a house and land and Rosa Carver has been through it with me every step of the way. I cannot fault her commitment and professionalism throughout the process. She is an asset to SA Housing Centre and has made the process of building my house a pleasure. just finished building our house yes our house my son helped me with the colour selections and even suggesting us to do a double Garage and the final product was amazing, the lady we had in selections appointment included my son too.we both love our new home, every one we had contact with on the phone or in person did an amazing job, Glad we built our house with you guys :)

My experience with SAHC and my consultant Rosa has been nothing but positive. Rosa guided me through the whole process from start to finish. My husband and I are in the process of building our first home and the experience has been wonderful.
