Hong Bao Korean Restaurant

I really love the Korean food here! As a Korean, it’s near authentic experience here. I always ordered the fried pork, and black bean noodle and seafood soup. Those are 3 dishes I will definitely recommend and are the iconic dishes to get at this restaurant.

Not too oily, perfectly cooked. The owner is very lovely and accommodating :)

I had the most delicious food and service at this restaurant today. When I ordered spicy cold noodles, the communication maybe a little confusing, but in the end they not only accommodated my request but also prepared extra cold noodle for me. loved the fried chicken and cold noodles. I devoured them as soon as they were served and even forgot to take a photo, lol.

Thank you again to the lady who served me. I hope I didn't disturb you too much.

All the food sold in Hong Bao is very tasty.
In particular, the taste of jajangmyeon and sweet and sour pork is fantastic.
Also, the staff are very friendly.
If there is another chance in the future, I would like to visit again.

+ We visited Hong Bao again to try other food.
The bibimbap sold there was very tasty.
The pork schnitzel seems to be a new menu, so I ordered and tried it.
Its outside was crispy, and the meat inside was soft.
It seems like I will remember it again someday.

KFC half and half with extremely hot and spicy, and soy: nicely done, with the extremely hot option being really spicy!! Lex wanted a challenge 😜😜.

Spicy sea snail salad with thin noodles: this was a really good dish! Never had sea snails before. Lots of tangy flavours. Quite spicy though!

The second best korean chicken I have ever eaten in South Australia. The other food was nice too but the chicken parts are always different. Sometimes U only have 3 legs and a lot of chicken breast.. I might think they just scale them not depends on what parts they are. I have ordered half and half one whole chicken without any additional fee. The size was huge enough for two people or more. The price wasn’t that costly. Good to both eat out and take away.

Very busy small shop, you probably gonna wait for a table without a reservation. Crispy pork is so yummy, I love it. Parking is not convenient, recommend parking on the corner shop parking lot then walk here.

Traditional little family restaurant, really yummy. Went there many times, never disappointed with the food. Spicy seafood noodle so nice! House made pickles and kimchi so good, crispy and tasty.

Very delicious food with resonable price. Loved korean fried chicken. Jjangmuyun was super delicious. The owner is very polite and always smiling and giving good vibes to her customers and also the girl in the reception is also really nice and polite, very helpful to make us understand korean food who haven’t had it before. Very nice place to visit with family and friends. Love it.

This place is so amazing in every way. I may sound like a food critic, because I took notes about my experience there, and I have lots of praise to give to this restaurant. I went to this restaurant with a family member, and my experience was amazing.

Firstly, it only took 8 minutes for the food to come out, which is very short, compared to other restaurants that I have been to, where there is high demand. This place is very underrated in my opinion, and is one of the best Korean restaurants in Adelaide.

Secondly, this place was small, and a bit cramped, but the tables were spread out well, and the tables were spread out very well. There was a tv showing multiple Kpop music videos, which set the vibe very well.

Thirdly, even though the menu was small, the food was very well made, and authentically Korean. We ordered the fried chicken, and a big and generous proportion came out to us, with a side of chips. The bimibap tasted authentic and fresh, and the side dishes were very well prepared.

We ordered the Crispy chicken with special sauce, and that did not disappoint. The pork did taste a bit like octopus meat, but that was okay. With the special sauce, it tasted even better.

10/10, I would come here again. If you're in Adelaide and want some Korean food, I would recommend this restaurant.

Hands down, the best spot in town for Korean Fried Chicken! Notable menu items are ; Kimchi fried rice, kimchi pancake, Japchae, Mozarella Rice cakes and the best one, KOREAN FRIED CHICKEN WITH SWEET CHILLI SAUCEEEEES

It's a great Korean restaurant with nice staff members and homely environment. The food is great with my personal favourite of Korean Fried Chicken.

We had the Kimchi pancake, Soft Tofu soup and some fried chicken...so good. Been here a few times and the quality is always on point. Reasonably priced and good size servings!

I echo what the others are saying: this is the best little Korean restaurant out here in the 'burbs.

Food is amazing, have had the Spicy Rice Cake, Kimchi Pancake, Fried Chicken and the Chive Pancake. All have been great!
