The place is located so close to Ashford hospital. They are open from 6:30am. The coffees are very nice and you can choose ultra long if you like your coffee ultra strong!! ( three shots). The staff are so friendly and nice and they do different toasted, pastries and freshly baked items. Every time i got there i know that i am going to have a very nice coffee.

It was great to have such a happy, friendly and helpful staff member serving my brunch.
Food was delicious and hot. 👍
This was such a busy Cafè yet the atmosphere was still really enjoyable.

Service was fantastic on Sunday morning. Never fun being in a hospital but the smiles and friendly service was awesome. Coffee was great too.

Lovely coffee and pleasant cafe food at typical cafe prices. It doesn't price gouge just because it's in a hospital.

The renovated Hudson's branch at Ashford Hospital seems slightly smaller but also seems to be able to fit more people. It's new location in the lobby of the hospital made it look brighter, which I really like in a cafe. The quality of the coffee and sandwiches were good. Standard Hudson's affair.

I visited Hudsons Coffee after visiting my sister, and was greeted by a lovely girl named Selena. She was polite and extremely comforting and easy to speak with, overall very pleased with my experience at Hudsons.
