We had concrete booked for 08:30am & I had 3 people assisting me.
I phoned at 9am to be told that they hadn't left the yard yet.
They turned up at 0940am.
They are very quick to tell you that they will charge you $2.75 per minute for any time they spend on site over their allotted 20 minute unloading time.
No care that I was paying 3 people to stand around for over an hour.
