Five stars are not enough, I wish I could give them more. We recently held an 18th birthday lunch here, sit-down 3 course meal for ~80 people on a Sunday. Cindy and the team from Tony Tomatoes went above and beyond from the beginning of the planning process to ensure the event went perfectly. All dietary requirements were accurately catered to with diligence and care, the staff were attentive and we never went without a drink, the food was phenomenal and we all rolled home with full bellies. The space was transformed for the event, and Cindy was incredible to liaise with and even on the day for set up with all the vendors she was helping as much as she could.

Couldn’t recommend Cindy and the TT team more highly. If you are consideration this venue for your event, do not hesitate. You will not regret it!

We had the pleasure of dining at a charming Italian restaurant known for its delightful cuisine and inviting ambiance. Our visit on a Thursday evening, coincided with a special offer priced at $30 per person. This offer included a combination of Arancini, a pizza per person, and Tiramisu, all of which exceeded our expectations in terms of taste and quality. The restaurant staff displayed exceptional efficiency in the timing of each course, and their dedication to providing impeccable customer service was truly commendable. Pepperoni & Capriccioso pizzas are highly recommended.

One of the best Italian restaurants in Adelaide, so says Danno and Alessandro 👍.. and it did not disappoint . Great food , service and a good selection of wines .. we especially enjoyed the orange wine . Do yourself a favour give it a try

Nice summer night to enjoy a meal outdoors , pizza and the pasta were delicious and have to be the hottest chillie I've had in a while.

Went for a work Christmas party. Fantastic service from staff very friendly and helpful.

Best arancini balls I have ever tasted. (I will be coming back especially for this item.) Drinks came fast once orderd will definitely be going here again.

Items we orderd for the table.

Antipasti: Prosciutto plate, pork and veal polpette and asparagus arancini balls.

Mains: Gnocchi pomodoro and Taglierni pasta.

Pizza: Margarita, Stracciatella, Tony 3 times and verdure.

Sides: Potato chips.

Dessert: Tiramisu, Chocolate fondue (chocolate lave cake) and Zeppole (Doughnut with custard).

Pizzas were great! The gluten free pollo was my nieces fave pizza of all time! And I really enjoyed the Three Meats pie. And apparently the tiramisu is also very tasty.

Fancier than the name suggests. We were worried because it sounded like a delivery pizza joint. It is far from that. High quality food. Try the meatballs.

I went with a bunch of Italians. All impressed.

Lively vibe and can get quite busy during peak hours. The pizzas are typical Italian style, thin and soft dough with just enough toppings. The truffle pizza was the best one. Prosciutto was delicious as well. The beef cheeks were tender and flavoursm, serve with a bed of mashed polenta. Pasta was so soft and very skillfully hand made. Gnocchi was tasty. Creamy sauce was delicious. Ravioli sauce was bit too sour. Desserts were also good. The chocolate felt like it was molten lava, so smooth and creamy and rich in flavour, great for chocolate lovers. Doughnut was crunchy with some custard on top. Tiramisu was well made and the panna cotta orange and chocolate combo was magnificent.

Tony Tomatoes felt like a fine dining atmosphere. We ordered the Stracciatella Pizza, which was full of prosciutto and melting mozzarella, the Half Tube Pasta (the pasta was really big), and the Gnocchi Pomodoro, drenched in Pomodoro sauce. Overall, the food was delicious and the setting made it feel like we were in a VERY fancy restaurant.

A flavour filled dining experience in the heart of North Adelaide. Was surprised but pleased to be offered chilli oil with my delicious in house made pasta. Would recommend!

Absolutely amazing! Best gluten free pizza I’ve ever had, recently diagnosed with Celiac Disease and myself and some friends have all agreed that the GF base is actually better than the normal one! All the other dishes are also absolutely incredible, could literally eat here every night if I had the money.

We had a fantastic night . 10 people drinking beer & red and having magnificent pasta. No complaints from all "eaters" !!!
We are definitely returning there in the next few months

Visited here on a Wednesday evening to take up on the $25 pizza deal. They have it on Wednesday and Thursday nights (not sure when this promo ends). You have a choice of any pizza on the menu, an appetiser and tiramisu for dessert. Can't go wrong with that...

A few days before that, I went in and made a booking with Luca. He advised me that I would receive a SMS to confirm/edit the reservation. When you make a booking, you are given a choice of seating (indoors or outdoors). Would definitely recommend booking in advance as the place gets really busy on the day.

The pizzas were perfect, the choice of appetiser (arancini) was good and when there's tiramisu on offer, I am a very happy chappy 😊

The cocktails🍹were good and I believe so was the beer 🍺

Tony Danza, Tony Soprano, Tony Hawk, all pale in comparison to Tony Tomatoes. Greeted with a big smile from a very handsome front of house staff, we were welcomed and seated promptly despite arriving at 8.30, a mere hour before their closing time. Upon being seated we were met with a waitress who's friendliness and guidance matched that of Bob Ross himself, she informed of some good value specials that we decided to get. The food had us on cloud 9. The flavours were bursting like no other and we enjoyed one singular meatball. But the highlight was the Zeppoli. Oh my what a flavour explosion!!! To all the Tony’s who work at Tony Tomatoes: we love you <3

They have good selection of food. I loved the texture of their pizza crust and also the pizza sauce which tasted authentic. The gnocchi we ordered was another good choice. They’re very soft and satisfying.

Great pizzas that are well priced for the area. They have both indoor and alfresco dining with huge heaters to keep you warm in winter. The quality of the ingredients they use is high I’d highly recommend dining here the atmosphere is great. #BeatTheGrind
