What a stunning spot. Very tiny and definitely an outdoors place so either the place to go on a lovey weather day or just grab a takeaway.

I’m GF and they still accommodated me with their amazing sandwiches. So filling too! I’m sure many people would only manage half… but it was too delicious to leave anything behind!

Can’t wait to come back and try other options.

Good sized sandwiches bursting with fillings I felt satisfied after finishing it. They're finally open on weekends which I was missing. Great coffee and perfect amount of outdoor seating in the sunshine. Nashville and the avocados sandwiches are my favorites. #BeatTheGrind

Have been meaning to try this place for a while. Staff were friendly. Went at 11.30am hoping to miss the rush - there was still a lot of people there. Ordered the deli meats sandwich and a coffee. Sandwich is big - and filling. Cannot complain about it at all. The bread is so soft and fluffy. Best sambo I have had in a long time. Only problem is I couldn't finish it all for lunch - it is so filling. Will definitely go back to try the other sandwiches.

Popped in for a takeaway coffee and sandwich. Sangas are not on display and are made fresh, which is a great start. Absolutley amazing sandwich, Nashville chicken will not dissapoint! Don't let the pictures fool you, the thick bread is fresh, very soft and enjoyable. Coffee also great. Will be back.

Just went through yesterday as a recommendation and couldn’t be more pleased. The blokes up front were welcoming and attentive to every patron. The food was super tasteful and coffee was unreal. Get in here if you can, it does peak around lunch for the nearby businesses flocking here. But definitely worth your while

Very fun, Wes Anderson-like interior with great nyc boom bap to go with it. Both the sandwiches and the coffee are some of the best I’ve had in a long time.

A cosy but trendy cafe/ sando bar. Service is prompt, professional and friendly. Been here a few times and will come back again. Great view of the leafy trees on Greenhill road. Always busy. They don't kick you out toward closing but offer left over pastries instead. I don't like sandwiches and now I'm addicted to these!!!

Just Down The Road is an excellently run and charismatic breakfast and lunch joint. The food is a fair price, expertly crafted with an amazing and complex combination of flavours. Both the pesto meatball sub and breakfast sando were very tasty! Can’t speak more highly of this place! The owner is friendly, the service is excellent and overall ran to a high quality. Perfect for a summers day vibing with friends.

Been wanting to come here for a while and it definitely exceeded my expectations. Very fresh ingredients! Bread was so soft and thick. Yummy vegetarian options. Good oat milk for coffees. Cool music. Quick and friendly service. 5/5 couldn’t ask for anything by more

Literally down the road from where I work. Went with my colleagues and they absolutely love it and so did I. The sandwiches was very fresh. I 100% recommend this place.

Awesome little cafe. Running Five Senses beans + local Tweedvale Milk (Milk Lab for most alternates).
Bench seating and small setting means it won't be ideal for bigger groups (try just up the road at Whistle and Flute) but for a solo coffee or smaller group, it's worth a visit for sure. Delicious food options too for around $10.

Fantastic sandwich portions, food was delicious and served quickly. Ideal for a coffee and catching up with friends or relaxing during your lunch break.
