Your Freight Agent

I work for Ultimate Shutter and have been been dealing with Your Freight Agent for a few years now. They have provided me and the company with great customer service and care, especially from Hannah she is fantastic to deal with. We are always well looked after and receive assistance where needed.

I Have used this company several times with no issues at all.
One of these was organising freight from Canada to South Australia. Dealing with a French Canadian speaking seller was difficult but the process with your freight agent was pretty straight forward and received my package undamaged with in 1 week
which was far cheaper and quicker than any other postal service I could find.
I have also had many items sent interstate and never experienced any issues at all.
Packages always arrived quickly and undamaged.

I had a wonderful experience with Your Freight Agent. I had contacted 20 odd fright forwarders (many in Brisbane as I was based there) but literally no one was as helpful as Andy. He managed to get me a great price to ship my personal belongings from Brisbane to the U.K, made customs clearance procedures as easy as it can for me and organised for the collection. DHL picked up my goods at a convenient time and it was delivered to the UK within 4 days, customs cleared without any hassle as well. Andy had even contacted me after to make sure everything went well. Really appreciate it mate, moving can be super stressful and the service was exceptional so thank you!

I've had nothing but good experiences with these guys. Really helpful and easy to use, I have had a few missed pickups but Harly chased down the driver for me really fast. I can't recommend them highly enough and YFA has really helped me expand by business. I even had one of my designs sent to India last week which was awesome.

Reading some of the reviews on here, seems to be a lot of issues with the carriers. YFA isn't a carrier, so you will always have some issues in my experiace with all carriers but the YFA guys help coordinate and fix with the carrier when things don't go to plan. Cheers PM

I got an incredible deal on sending a suitcase from Brisbane to Bunbury (170k's south of Perth) . They beat the next cheapest quote by $200 and customer service was excellent even though the sender was absolutely unreliable and we had to reschedule several times. I was kept in the loop via calls from Andy who's super friendly and incredibly patient.
The shipment took 6 days instead of 9-12 that were scheduled. Thumbs up, guys!

We had a very positive experience with this company and our freight agent Hannah. Very timely, polite, and helpful in their response to our inquiry and then in setting up the shipment and picking up the items. The staff were knowledgeable, responsive, understood my needs and found an effective solution quickly. As well I found Andy to have exceptional communication skills - the pricing was top end due to priority requirement, but consistent with initial expectation - top shelf customer service.

This is the second time I use Your Freight Agent and have always had brilliant service. My latest shipment was posted within 24hours from Sydney to Hong Kong and the customer service was nothing more than perfect wether on the phone or by email, I highly recommend their services.

Got recommeneded YFA when we where looking for an intergrated freight solution for our online parts store for Page Bros RV.
The intergration process was smooth and when an issue did arise it was never a hassel to have it sorted then and there.
The staff at YFA make you feel like your problem is a priority for them and nothing seem like too much trouble.

YFA has provided good freight calculating system to streamline the freight calculation/booking system. The customer support team is efficient and the freight rate is reasonable. Highly recommended.

YFA have always been great to deal with. They get our products to the USA cheaper and faster than AusPost or any of the other major couriers can.

This place rocks !!! Give them your business as the staff actually do care. Josh went much further than an extra mile to get a big package delivered - in very difficult circumstances - very happy - probably will never use another company for transport - better than the pony express !!!
