The restaurant had been recommended to us a while back so we drove up from Melbourne and had lunch for my birthday with the family.

It was easy to get to as we'd spent some time walking through Trentham and the markets.

The service was amazing and provided a great experience. The owner came around at different times and was very engaging and helped keep our 10yo off his device with some crayons and inspiration.

Great location in *Lyonville* that is very unique and entirely worth the time to venture out to in order to experience. Food was delicious and excellent value, all of the venue had so many great little points of interest and details that made the journey and stay one which would drag me back there again in the future. Highly recommend to anyone visiting the goldfields or Daylesford to go and journey and experience

We called in for Sunday afternoon drinks and ended up staying for dinner. Great hosts, quirky spaces, and fabulous comfort style food. We will definitely be coming back & next time we’ll be staying the night!

The great enjoyment about having a trip to the country, from the city is little secrets are found that make ones experience so wonderful.
Radio Springs Hotel is one of those little secrets. Tucked away in the small village of Lyonville, its querky, eclectic, its fun, inviting and steeped in history.
The warm cosy 'stuff filled' bar is a place where one cant help but chat, smile and laugh with everyone and anyone whom is there. The dining room is old world style with a great vibe. The homemade pate was excellent, ( we had it 2 nights ) the scotch steak perfect, flavours great.
(dont be tempted to pinch the salt and pepper shakers)
Ken, has an excellant wine list, many local by the glass. Quality glassware too, and thats really worth noting!
Saturday night, a jazz trio played, though the singer did not engage her eyes with any restaurant guest. A shame really, that connection lacking.
We came over 2 nights, and absolutely well worth a visit. As the street sign pointing to the hotel says, it is 'The centre of the Universe'

The Radio Springs hotel is a rare treat for dinner. The food is reasonably priced and exceptional quality. My chicken snitchel was delicious. With a glass of wine and the quintet playing in the background, it was a perfect evening

This place is exactly what ‘hidden gem’ stands for. It is located a bit outside Daylesford and there is not much in proximity (apart from nature). But once you visit, you’ll understand it is the place to be. The hotel has it all: wonderful staff, unique interior, beautiful garden, vibrant little bar and charming restaurant serving delicious food (and it has great live music). It provides a soothing and deeply relaxing experience.

Pure chance we ended up here, but we will be back. A small cosy bar, multiple dining spaces, tasty food, fabulous drinks, and totally charming hosts.

There for dinner on a Friday night for my birthday. Excellent service, great food and retro decor. Cool night, so the open log fire was a lovely bonus as were the jazz trio and the surprise choc pudding with a candle. The Groovy jazz trio Radio Jazz sang Happy Birthday and the other diners all joined in. Chuffed. Highly recommend 👌

Loved everything about it, the atmosphere, the rooms, the decor the gardens, the food and particularly Ken.

Can't wait to go back and exchange banter and ridicule.!

Keep on keeping it real.

Such an amazingly decorated space full of beauties and curios. And not just a feast for the eyes, our entire large lunch group was completely blown away by the food and wine we were served. Well worth the short trip from Melbourne.

Such a great place, instant warm welcome. Great food, great building and garden, awesome little bar and best service I've ever had. Sat down to a jazz duo who totally filled the space. Bloody amazing, so glad they've opened back up again

Great building, service, atmosphere and food! Good selection of tap beers. Reasonable prices. And they had a really cool little three piece band there on a Saturday night! Thoroughly enjoyed my evening.

Hard to fault.

We pulled in to this beautiful hotel for some respite before heading back to Melbourne after a long weekend spent dancing with friends. What we thought to be a stop on the way back soon became the cherry on top.

The building and gardens were an experience in themselves. I definitely recommend a digestive stroll through the grounds after a meal. All the staff were lovely and had a great sense of humour. Outstanding parma and perfect Guinness.

We'll be back....

Everything about Radio Springs Hotel is on point. The ambience, wine, warmth, food and fabulous staff.
Every detail is considered and I always leave feeling I've had the perfect indulgence.

I'm looking forward to returning this weekend- a band / music to match the perfect mood of this old pub and fingers crossed there will be snow.

A pleasant surprise. A lovely lunch in the dining room. Would have liked dessert. It looked great but we were happily too full. Like to try some of the evenings, especially the Asian one.
Will be back!

Jackie Ken and Graeme (hope that's your spelling, if not apologies) were our first class hosts for our wedding anniversary getaway. What a stayover. Superb ambiance from the moment we stepped in from a chilly rainy late afternoon. We simply must repeat those many glowing remarks of others who like us have sampled what has to be one of the best accommodation and dining venues in Victoria. Fabulous old world rooms filled with facination and homeliness. Our dinner was served with grace and fine precision nicely matched by a great selection of wines and beverages. Of special note for our stay I must mention how Jackie went above and beyond when I made a last minute request for some surprise flowers for my wife to there on arrival. This was covered even though it meant having to leave the premises to collect them. I cannot thank you all enough for this special and exemplary act of customer service. We will definitely be returning and most highly recommend this establishment.
