Wow such a Beautiful 7 nights and 8 days we spent on this Amazing Houseboat.
Sue and Jack were so helpful and provided a 10 out 10 package for a wonderful week away.
The Breakfast basket with the Fruit, wine, chocolates were fresh and delicious.
Sue and Jack build a house boat to the highest quality the workmanship of this vessel was completed to an outstanding finish.

A wonderful, relaxing holiday! The houseboat was perfectly fitted out and spacious, the area is beautiful, with so much bird life, and the boat is easy to steer (though docking takes a bit of practise!) Sue was very friendly and a patient teacher. We could not be happier.

Wow! What an amazing couple of days we had on the Houseboat for Two on the great Murray. Very luxurious and met all of our relaxation and fishing needs. The boat was so well equipped including wine, chocolates slippers and an oversized provision of brekky supplies.
Sue gave an excellent tuition on driving before releasing us on our own - be sure both parties are in on the tutorial!
We'll definitely be back in a couple of years for a longer adventure. Loved it!!

This experience ticked every box. We were welcomed from the first phone call with Sue; friendly service and fabulous workmanship on the boat. Wonderful inclusions; generous starter pack, comfy bed, ducted music and full kitchen. We marvelled at living in nature and feel very refreshed and revitalised. Seven nights could have easily been extended to 14 nights. Definitely recommend.

Sue was amazing to deal with, so friendly and helpful. The boat was well appointed, clean and comfortable, even the bed. The houseboat was very easy to drive and a lot of fun too. I was the last person in the world who thought he could do this and I had no trouble at all. HIGHLY recommended!!!! Seriously, it's bloody awesome fun and the other people using the river are always friendly and accepting of novices. I didn't realise the Murray was such a thriving holiday place. Would have ventured there much sooner had I known. We'll definitely be back. A wonderful way to celebrate 34 years marriage. Thanks again Sue for the fruit and other nice touches on board.

Due to a last minute cancellation we were provided the opportunity to spend four lazy days on the Houseboat for Two. The weather was great whilst the East Coast of Australia was in floods. The water levels in River were low and although the mooring and tying up were challenging it made for great memories.. Thanks to Jack and Sue for their customer service, empathy and love for their beautiful, spacious and well equipped and designed house boat only three hours drive from Melbourne. We hope to see you again soon....

The Houseboat for Two is a wonderful way to enjoy some peace, quiet and luxury in a special setting. For us, the best part was cooking a meal on the barbeque on the top deck, then sitting at the table with a glass of wine, watching the river flow by. The houseboat is beautifully appointed and has a real touch of luxury.

Sue and the team could not have been more welcoming, friendly and helpful. We've already recommended the houseboat to a few friends, and hope to return ourselves before too long.

Sue and Jack have done an amazing job building and fitting out their houseboat to perfection. It lacks for nothing. All those little things have been thought of. It is the height of luxury - several sitting areas - upper deck, lower deck, living room - comfortable queen size bed, fully fitted kitchen, super bathroom, surround sound, DVD, TV in main room and bedroom, heating, a/c, even a mobile phone should you need it! Sue even puts eggs, bacon and mushrooms in the fridge for our breakfasts!

It was the perfect, relaxing holiday. Just head down the Murray, pick a spot in the national forest and enjoy the peace and quiet.

Sue spent a lot of time showing us every aspect of the boat, as well as taking us out to give us a thorough lesson in how to handle the houseboat.

It was a most memorable holiday and we would recommend it in a heartbeat.

Our first experience on Houseboat For Two was 6 years ago and this, our second time around, was was just as fabulous as the first time! PEOPLE: Same brilliant attention to detail by Sue with her genuine and caring "country" hospitality. BOAT: The boat was in virtually the same condition as it was when it was near new when we first hired it! This is an amazing feat and obviously reflects the time and effort gone into cleaning, maintenance and updating. ENVIRONMENT: Sitting on the top deck sipping gin and tonics watching the sun set over a tree-lined river of reflective glass listening to the birds finishing their last clamour before nightfall .... life does not get any better than that ... amazing, tranquil, perfection! We are definitely NOT waiting another 6 years until the next time though .... every year from now on, Sue ;-)!

Houseboat for Two is comfortable, attractive, light filled, well stocked and maintained, full of natural wood and with plenty of shade if needed. We loved our time on this boat and really appreciated Sue's good (and patient!) teaching on how to manage it all. If there's two of you, this is the boat to hire. Sue is super trustworthy and ethical and you'll be in good hands.

Fritz and I had most fantastic time on Houseboat for Two. Sue, our host was absolutely beautiful and catered for everything perfectly. When stepping on board, we were so surprised at how well everything was set out. So comfy and spacious. The design of the Houseboat is brilliant and it's a credit to Sue and her Husband. There was nothing you could want that was not on board. Fritz was very impressed with the mechanical side of the Houseboat. So easy to operate. No generators, motors to have to attend to. All automatically done for you. We will definitely return and take more time with us next time.
If you are looking and deciding whether to book this Houseboat, DO IT. YOU WON"T BE DISAPPOINTED. You won't want to leave it. We would rate it 10 STAR. Jules and Fritzy

A very relaxing 3 days spent on a fantastic houseboat. The facilities are first class and the personal touches from Sue added to the experience. Breakfast provisions made catering easy as did the complimentary bottle of wine and chocolates. Sue even supplied us with slippers for the cold mornings. Boat was easy to manage. We will definitely be back. Thank You.

We spent a few wonderful days on the Houseboat for Two. As I was not able to help with the mooring we spent the first night on site. The second day Sue was happy to travel with us to our destination in a nearby state forest and helped us tie up for the night.

The boat was luxurious and simple to operate. The forests along the Murray and the sounds of the river provided a peaceful and relaxing environment for our weekend. Sue and Jack could not have been more helpful. We look forward to our next Houseboat for Two vacation.

A month ago we spent 6 nights on Luxury Houseboat for Two and were 'blown away with the experience.' It was incredible. My partner had booked the holiday to celebrate my 70th birthday and we could not have been happier. The communication leading up to our arrival was exemplary, as was the boat briefing on arrival. Sue took us out onto the river for 30 minutes to 'show us the ropes', making sure we were comfortable with all aspects of its operation. The boat was magnificently equipped with everything you would need, from beautifully appointed comfortable furnishings, welcome hamper with loads of goodies, right down to fishing rods and and bait traps (even catching our first ever Murray Cod). Sue invited us to enjoy the warmth of a fire in an all purpose built shed on their own property, which was a sensational experience in itself. Sue and Jack gave us fresh eggs from their chook house, boxes of chocolates to enjoy, delicious wine and more. It was like a five star hotel suite on water. Discovering the Murray River from this wonderful houseboat was amazing. We could not get over how professional, informative and accommodating Sue was with all aspects of our time travelling on the boat. At all times we felt safe and secure knowing that Sue knew exactly where we were moored each night (through the use of mobile phone provided). Sue and Jacks presence really enhanced our holiday. We will definitely be going back at some time in the future. For those who have not had the pleasure of meeting this hard working, genuine twosome, give yourself a treat and go 'houseboating for two' sometime soon. Very disconcerting to read the adverse comments recently posted. Cannot believe Sue and Jack would not have explained the presence of the Southern 80 through the booking dates.

We recently had the pleasure of a beautiful weekend of cruising up and down the river on this lovely houseboat.This stunning boat is super comfortable, inviting and well stocked. We had everything we needed & Sue was most helpful and walked us through everything we needed to know to ensure we had a wonderful time. We would definitely love to come again and next time for a longer stay - the weekend went by so fast! We came home thoroughly relaxed after our enchanting time. Many thanks, Sue.

Wow what a beautiful boat and location !!
We have just come back from a long weekend on the luxury boat. This has been our second trip. First last year for our honeymoon and we enjoyed the peace and tranquility that much that we returned again this year for our first anniversary. Sue and Jack have been so fantastic to deal with from local knowledge to the extra special touches on this beautiful boat.
We will definately be back again. No holiday I have EVER been on is as relaxing and peaceful as this boat on the mighty Murray !!

This was the most fantastic holiday from start to finish. From the moment we enquired about it, Sue's communication was exceptional and we felt very welcome from the get go. Her instructions on working the boat and everything on it were very clear and there was plenty of literature to support us. We found driving the boat pretty simple. The boat itself is very comfortable and gorgeous, much like a luxury apartment. Thank you Sue and Jack for your hospitality, it was a wonderful experience that we have already recommended to many friends.

The Murray around Echuca/Moama is a lovely spot and there's no better way to experience it than aboard Sue and Jack's Houseboat for Two. She's a beaughtiful boat, very well appointed and so many thoughtful touches. Sue and Jack are very generous hosts and we loved every minute of out time aboard. Cannot speak highly enough of it so much so that we have already booked again for same time next year. Update 2022, we stayed again, this time for 4 nights, absolutely wounderful experience once again. 5 stars allround. We had such a great time we have just booked again for 2023. Do youself a favour and book this experience. Life's too short to not have fun and spoil yourself occasionally.

We had a wonderful time, great holiday to finish the decade, and easy to get to from Melbourne.. Both the boat and welcome committee were second to none. The houseboat is extremely well appointed with every amenity you need; and is easy to manage. We have recommended to several of our friends and would have no hesitation recommending Houseboat for Two to any discerning couple.

We had the best 4 days possible on houseboat for two. Sue had stocked us up with fruit, wine, chocolates, yummy breakfast food and lots more. We arrived around lunch time and set off down river about an hour later. Our next few days were so relaxing, we wished we could have stayed on for longer. The houseboat is definitely five star, and beautifully fitted out. Noel and I have recommended houseboat for two to our friends and family, and hope one day to return ourselves.
