Murray Gums Estate

My partner and now wife for life Abbie, was recommended Murray gums estate from her sister. We went out there just after the floods in summer 2022 and it was hard to picture what the venue was going to look like due to the venue pretty much being under water. We met on site with Sarah (who we now absolutely adore), who was warm and helpful and offers her service with helping plan and direct the wedding. It was honestly THE BEST money we spent through the whole wedding. She knows the it and bit around town from food, furniture, transportation, and entertainment. She was helpful with what she had seen and experienced and she couldn’t have put on a better day for us even if she tried. It was absolutely perfect. We want to live it over and over again. We had 150 attendees and we haven’t stopped receiving messages about how gorgeous and stunning the venue was. Some people have said it was like being at 3 different venues from having the ceremony by the river, the phots and bridal party by the tasting room which is a in the vineyard at the property and an absolute must do. And then the reception and party by the supplied marque under the festoon lighting. It was honestly magical. Abbie and I can not speak highly enough of Sarah, drew and her beautiful family. I want to do it all over again. You’d be mad not have it at the beautiful Murray Gums Estate.

We had the pleasure of having our wedding at Murray Gums Estate in November 2023. The venue alone is absolutely stunning with not only beautiful vineyards and an amazing tasting room but an immaculate ceremony/ reception area on the banks of the Murray River.

The family run business made us feel so at ease and really added to such a seamless process in planning and executing everything.

Murray Gums, what an amazing venue! We were lucky enough to finally get married at the beautiful Murray Gums after having to postpone twice due to boarder restrictions. No matter what, we wanted to have our wedding at Murray Gums and it was so worth the wait. The venue is absolutely beautiful, we had our ceremony and reception all at Murray Gums and all of our guests are still commenting on what a wonderful spot it is, nestled along the Murray. Murray Gums has everything you need, wonderful amenities, alongside the beautiful river and bush back drop and surroundings. The most amazing part of this place is the team at Murray Gums, family owned and operated, they are meticulous in ensuring your wedding day is everything you dreamed of. Sarah is an absolute superstar and was with us every step of the way, she knew exactly what made for a smooth day but also how best to set everything up and make it truly magical.

We couldn’t recommend Murray Gums enough to anyone wanting a beautiful country feel wedding, we could not have asked for a more amazing day and are extremely grateful.
