Woolsthorpe Panels

I couldn’t of had a worse experience than I did with this workshop. totally unprofessional during the entire process which extended out to 4 months for 3 panels and a headlight. work didn’t even begin till he had the car for over a month, then he went on holidays and left it to his mate to get to a drivable state, which took another 2 weeks to get it back unpainted and with massive panel gaps. then I waited to get a call back to get it finally finished. the call never came after waiting I called him and he said he’s back and he can take it in on Monday and would be done by Thursday. Thursday came no call, I called him on Friday and was told it should be done on Saturday, never received a call Saturday and when I called him on Tuesday was given attitude for not showing up on Saturday. (this was after 4 months of shifting due dates the least I can expect is a call to say it’s all done.) I said I would come tonight and told him to leave my keys anywhere outside, I will be able to find them with my AirTag. when I finally arrived the keys were still inside the shed and he forgot to put them out so I had to wait for him to show up. he grabbed the keys and left straight away so I had no time to go over anything with him. after I got halfway down the road I noticed the left headlight wasn’t connected, after calling him back about this he gave me attitude about having to replace the globe and tried to put it back on me saying it wasn’t working when it came in. after arguing with him over the phone I eventually told him to not worry about it and I would just fix it myself, considering it’s taken him 4 months to which he yelled “that wasn’t my fault”, “it’s not mine either” I replied unbelievable this man can’t even take accountability of a bad job and instead blames the customer. This shop fails at doing anything correctly only go to this shop if you want constant excuses, failure to hit deadlines and horrific customer service
