Got caught in the rain with my mom who is a car crash victim/survivor with more than 4 surgeries under her belt (for her back alone) and still experiences major disability, pain, numbness, etc. She went to have scans across the road and went into shock afterward due to the nuclear injection they prep you with for imaging. We were caught in the rain and stranded right next to the chempro and due to the shock, my mum had extreme nausea. We decided to go into chempro to ask for a bathroom and the lady at the desk didn't hesitate to help us out. Afterwards, because my mom frequents chempro stores, we asked if there was any way to for her to access my mom's anti-nausea prescription so she could recover in time for her next scan. The lady today (I'm sorry I didn't catch her name! But she was the worker on 8th Jan) was incredibly patient and lovely and empathetic to the situation and did everything she could to help my mom and we were able to get a hold of the anti-nausea 😊 It just about saved not just my mom but also myself (she, despite being in horrible pain, still had another scan 3 hours after the first) so staying in that state would have made it completely more impossible than it nearly already is. I can't drive so I would have been stranded too with a possibly unconscious, injured and disabled mum. I hope that everyone who visits this store passes any kindness they can muster to the workers because they care and are probably just as frustrated by the medical system as we are. Highly recommend this chempro!

the guy today in the morning (17/2/23 ) was amazing . he explained all my medications and asked me if there were any questions . i left feeling i had the best service and a very caring and concerned pharmacist . he also wished me a speedy recovery and let us know how you go . really appreciate it thanks to you.

staff friendly and helpful on thursday while very busy took the time to ensure i understood my meciation as i was very confused at the time. just no prescription stuff just what doctor wanted but the man and lady were very caring and apolgised for a wait that was way shorter than at most pharmacies .

i have been back and everyone is so helpful and great service . they can get busy but they dont forget you and make sure you are looked after and treated properly . I have learned to know Dinir Marc Nigel Del Eden and Sue and I am sorry if i have omitted anyone as you have helped me so much as always . never a bad experience and I have to say I may sometimes even come in for a chat only ........

Staff are courteous. Great variety of on shelf products and good variety of gifts. Situated beside the Gold Coast Private Hospital, a short walk to a bus stop and Griffith Uni tram station .

Very Patient focused and exceptional service! Convenient to have them open late night and public holidays.

This chemist is open till 10pm and the pharmacist’s are so good with advice and looking after your needs. I’ve been going here for many years and is one of the best to be very reliable.

Amazing service from the Pharmacist's here! They go out of their way to talk you through the how, and why of prescriptions. One even called me at home after 6pm one night as he didn't want to talk in front of other customers about my medications.

Today Marc was amazing, with his customer service, medical advise, and health care rebate knowledge, helping me claim back as much as I could.
