My family and I just stayed here over the weekend in a pet friendly cabin with our 2 little dogs. We thought the layout of the cabin was lovely and felt very homey. Our favourite thing at the park was the jumping pillow so much fun for all of the family. The go cart buggy things were fun too and got lots of exercise in the process. The staff were all very lovely and the park was always kept clean and tidy. Overall we had a fantastic experience and will definitely be back for another weekend again one day soon.

Stayed here for 7 nights at a powered site with family. Staff were super friendly. Amenities were always cleaned, lots of things for the kids to do in the park and surrounding areas..... Only down side is the disabled toilets they should have a code and given to people who really need them most. One of my family members who is disabled had to wait to use the toilet on several occasions to find out that a family of 4 came out (2 adults and 2 children) who were very capable and old enough to use other amenities. Even one of the elderly ladies I bumped into was getting sick of waiting to use the disabled toilet to find out that there was a family or non disabled person using it.

But all in all loved the stay will be back.

We had a lovely family stay at Bays Caravan Park on the run up to Christmas. The cabins were lovely and really well kept. Great wee bbq area and lots of lovely personal touches that really make a stay special.
Sonia and Jason were very welcoming and so helpful from start to finish.
Thank you both for a great stay. Highly recommended and we will be back!!

Fantastic caravan park, great prices for a powered site. Amenities clean and accessible, camp kitchen is amazing. Loved all the personal touches around the park. So many things to do in the park and central to everything around the Port Stephens area.
The park was clean and tidy, staff were friendly and so accommodating giving the best places for coffee and best beaches for kids. Definitely would book again.

The cabin was amazing, we stayed in the bush cabin and it was so peaceful. There was so many things for the children to do from jumping pillow, swimming and play equipment and bikes. It is located about 5mins to salamander Bay and 10mins from Nelson bay. The park was clean and well kept

Appears to be a very family friendly park with games like outdoor chess and bowling, and the swimming pool was very popular. Good size spots! Clean amenities. Fitted us in last minute.

What a fantastic little place! We had such a great time staying there for the weekend. So many activities for the kids!! The cabins were spotless with very comfy beds. I LOVED the mini BBQs that our cabin had. The pool was sparkling and although we didn't join the communal bonfire, it looked great! The staff were really friendly and helpful. We couldn't believe how quiet it was, it was very relaxing. We honestly can't fault the place. We had a ball and will definitely be back 👌🙂

Stayed here before, for me it's the ideal location for the area, I come to fish so it's located 15 minutes or less to almost every location on the peninsula.
$36 a night unpowered camp site is the best value in the area. I'm here to shower and sleep, showers have hot water with plenty of pressure, sleep I do well. It's nice to jump in the pool for a dip too.

Great park, I'm glad I came here instead of other sardine park caravan parks in the area. Open, quiet, bush setting central to all the beaches in Port Stephens. Kids would be well catered for. Great looking pool, spa and kids pool. Mini golf, huge chess set, bird cage. And sitting in front of a huge communal fire pit right now and loving it.

The ladies at reception are wonderfully friendly with heaps of knowledge on the area.

Cannot recommend highly enough!

A fantastic family holiday park. Not as busy as the parks located near beaches. Excellent facilities and plenty to keep young ones amused. We had two powered sites, a standard cabin and two deluxe cabins for our family of 11 adults, 11 kids. All cabins were well appointed. Already booked for next year!

Dog friendly including free dog wash facility which we gladly used. Facilities clean and COVID safe policies seem to be well implemented. Nice kitchen and lounge area are unfortunately pet-free areas but nice to quickly microwave a meal. Was quieter at night than a larger park we visited.

We loved our stay here. To be able to share our holiday with our dog means the world to us. The staff are so friendly and our kids loved all of the fun things to do at the resort. We will absolutely be back here.

We have just returned from a fantastic and very relaxing week at Bays Holiday Park. We stayed in a 2 bedroom cabin, which was very clean, well maintained with everything in it we needed. An added bonus was the food van on site which served fantastic coffee (although we didn't try it they had various food options available to i.e. burgers, pies, fries etc). The whole park was extremely well maintained and our children (5, 8) thoroughly enjoyed the play areas, hoopla, bowling, putt putt and the party put on by the owners on NYE. We will definitely be back!

It was amazing, family loved it so many family/kids games to choose from. It was too cold for the pool/spa but it looks so inviting and well maintained... The staff are also friendly and helpful... Best of all they are not too pricey so makes a great holiday... Definitely going back!!!

I only really stayed long enough to pitch my tent in the afternoon, go out, then back to sleep. After which I got up at 5, packed up and left. I was welcomed, I found clean amenities and noticed that everyone around the place seemed to be happy. Seems that the new owners are working hard to give this place a well-deserved good name.
