So frustrating……

For a small local business these guys do it poorly this is the second time I have tried to hire from this company in the past month the first time was a $1000+ hire but they have mis advertised their opening times and I went in on a Saturday to hire party hire and they were closed called and I thought it may have been a one off. Today called to hire something to find that they close at 2:00pm myself as many others don’t have accessibility to get there by 2:00pm on a weekday due to work commitments.

Their opening hours are incorrect
I’m unsure about other days but Friday they close at 2:00pm and are not open at all on a Saturday.

Not to mention to arrogance you are met with on the phone…

How this bloke manages to stay in business with his attitude, Is beyond me.

I went to this business yesterday, 24-11-2021..the owner was very rude and has a fowl mouth,, swearing and carrying on when I was just there to do a pick up. I could not believe my ears..
I feel sorry for the workers to have to work there.. I would recommend that this guy show some respect to others.. would not use them ever
