Great range of gins & vodkas. All fruit & ingredients sourced locally & only fresh is used. Range of cocktails as well. Call ahead for cheese platters. Tastings are done in 6 or 10 types with 10 being the best value especially between a couple. Family run, will worth a visit.

Phil spent 2 hours giving us an intimate look into his amazing family run distillery, the favours of Gin were incredible. Such a lovely person who made our experience so memorable. Ended up purchasing multiple bottles of Gin resulting in an extra bag of checked in luggage for our trip home to SA. Thank you Phil.

A group of us spent a very pleasant afternoon here recently. We shared a grazing platter & a pumpkin fetta pizza whilst enjoying expresso & cappucino martinis and a very moreish chocolate gin. Was hard to tear ourselves away!

What an amazing experience, right in the middle of Scottsdale this micro distillery should be on everyone's list to visit if you are a Gin or Vodka drinker. Such a lovely family run business who made the visit memorable. Could of walked away with many Gins, but 2 had to suffice.

We visited Darby-Norris Distillery during our summer adventures today, and so far it was one of the highlights! The tour was relaxed, friendly and so informative. The tastings amazing! Authentic, passionate and bloody honest! A thoroughly enjoyable experience, and winning product! :)

Lucky enough to find this little gem. Would highly recommend a visit. The summer Gin is GOLD. Unique watermelon flavour really sets it apart from other tassie Gins. GREAT GIN
