Can't thank this business enough. When my car started having problems the last used mechanic couldnt even bother to do a diagnostic on it...too busy...so pulled into Grantech (and they were busy as well) and they were only too happy to do the diagnostic then and there...took car back the next day to get fixed with them. So friendly and so so knowledgeable..go out of their way to help you...will be using them for any more problems that arise in future

Went in for some wiring loom spares and they were flat out. They could have asked to leave it with them but because I was in a hurry they sorted it out quickly and I was on my way. Great customer service even though I'm sure the value they received from me, relative to their other pressing jobs, was minor. Can't fault them.

Helped our family business out on numerous occasions, friendly interactions that didn't make me feel like I was wasting their time, Grant's offered solid advice on more than one occasion, fixed a particularly problematic DPF issue that we had with one of our former vans. The only downside is how busy they can get sometimes, yet I'm loathe to put any blame on them for that when they're obviously good at what they do and are getting lots of work because of it. Keep up the great work!

Grant, You are a Very Professionally Decent Man! You & Your Team, have set my wife's & my caravan up with a fantastic solar panel, great monitoring, charging system including a brand new deep cycle battery in a protective enclosure & 30 amperes cabling throughout. Your workmanship & attention to details goes far & beyond a lot of others in your field of work - and it shows. This was the first time, in a bloody long time, that I have come away from any auto electrics workshop, Not feeling ripped off.
The job took a little longer than expected (and now very obvious to me, was not any fault of yours or your staff).
We thank you & your team very much for all the effort, you have put in & the very affordable prices you charge.

I have taken both my European cars (Alfa and Range Rover) to Grant. He and his team have been able to diagnose and repair the problems I have had other mechanics either not been able to find or put into the too hard basket. Although Grant was very busy they helped me out where they could when I was in trouble and all for a very fair price. When I buy a boat it will go there too.
