Australia Post - Upper Coomera LPO

The busiest post office I've ever seen, friendly staff and short wait times depending on the day, avoid Monday mornings because of parcel pick up lines ate huge but the staff do the best they can with such a small space

A great local post office. Staff have always been friendly and helpful whenever I’ve gone to pick up parcels, etc.

Came in to pick up our registered letters & it was very quick. In & out in less than 5 minutes - Perfect!!

This is small but often busy post office. Each visit I require assistance re packaging. The staff are always friendly and helpful. They try very hard to reduce your waiting time.

The parking is in the Centre carpark. It is part of the Coomera City Centre complex which is NOT the Westfield Coomera Town Complex.

I had to return a parcel on a Saturday afternoon, and the lady behind the counter (didn’t get her name, she has strawberry blonde hair) was so patient and helpful. She made my incredibly high anxiety drop immensely. Thank you love, I had such a positive experience with you today.

I have been using this Australia post outlet for the last few months.
This place has excellent customer service, and all the ladies that I have dealt with are polite friendly and very efficient.
most times I have quite a large amount of Parcels to send and What's good about it that they have a business line that makes it much faster.
I usually deal with Narelle she Is very fast and efficient and thats Very convenient 😊.
The only real negative I could point out is the car park is sometimes a little bit poky and hard to find a car park.

Went to get passport photos done for myself and my 2 year old. As you'd imagine I was expecting a struggle and embarrassment haha. But the lady there was so friendly and helpful and made the experience pleasant. Type of customer service youd expect everywhere! Thanks.

This post office is always really busy but very efficient. I normally have my labels paid for prior and just drop for lodgement. The ladies are very friendly.

Wow this shop is busy - plenty of off street parking out the front in major carpark and the staff are very experienced - great efficient service - you can buy your lotto here too .

I went to ship something here. The staff were friendly and they had the supplies I needed. They also offered me the most convenient and affordable ways to ship my package. I felt they informed me well and deserve the 5-star review.

Very Good, expect to wait about 5mins even with a 20 long que most of the time due to the small size of the establishment. Much easier to plan ahead & arrive early on a Saturday morning to pick up your parcels, so much better than a number of larger Post Offices which I won't name here!!

Busy little postshop but staff very efficient and low wait time to be served.

Always lots of staff, but the suburb and Covid home shopping has outgrown them with so many customers lined up.
Lovely staff though.

It’s so handy having a local post office in our area to post the odd parcel, can’t fault the friendly service with a smile you get here from the staff.

The staff are always very helpful and deliver good service and a smile. The shop is quite small and the staff are overworked, a large area is serviced by this facility, internet sales and deliveries create a lot of work too.
