Ruth and her team at cox property made sure that my purchase of my property went smoothly and kept me informed and up to date from day one

I don't often post reviews unless I feel very compelled to but in this circumstance I wanted to share how awful our experience with Cox property solutions has been, and in particular with Ruth Cox and in particular her lack of integrity to uphold cancellation terms that were provided to us. I am still shocked at how unprofessional Ruth has been, despite coming across initially as a very friendly and trustworthy person.

By way of background, we booked a property with Cox in Anglers Reach on the basis they have an accommodative cancellation policy. We requested a cancellation of our stay within the cancellation terms that were provided to us by email and Ruth declined to accept our cancellation on the basis the request was not made during office hours. As a result Cox refused to refund our money and we are now out of pocket and will be seeking assistance from Fair Trading.

This is just a warning for anyone dealing with Ruth - any terms agreed to may not be held to. Once they have your money, it's unlikely you will get it back.
