Snowy Mountain Resort

Friendly service opening up games area for our extended family to have a fun afternoon together. Easy walk into the pub for dinner.

It is a fun place to spend a few days with family. We had a 6 and a 4 year old with us and they had a great time playing with the games on site. Rooms were clean and pleasantly warm all the time.

The place is in close proximity to Mt Selwyn and we are glad we stayed here rather than the overrated jindabyne and perished resorts.

Owners of the place were on site and were very friendly to talk with. The snow hire shop is across the motel and is reasonably priced as well. We hired chains and snow clothes for 4 under $150 for a day.

Would definitely want to visit the place again next season.

was a great snow escape for the family 30min to selwyn 1hour to the caves and thermal pool. clean tidy rooms good heating and new owners (7 weeks) working on the rest Mark and his staff where happy to help with any issues and friendly. Give them till next season and im sure it will be better again. 5 stars is for customer service attitude and potential i see with them.

We were stayed at this cosy, warm and friendly place last weekend. It was perfect! Staff was so friendly and helpfull that if I could I would give them10 stars! We had nice, clean
and large big room with tv and coffee/ tea facility, fridge 1 double and 2 single beds, bathroom with fresh clean towels and overall it was perfect.We will definitely come back again and I recommend this place to everyone who likes weekend getaway or weekly holiday stay.I am coming back again for sure!🐇❤❄

Clean and quiet. Very friendly people run the place. Food was great. Located within half an hour from the family-friendly slopes of Mt Selwyn snow resort. Spent my son's birthday there this week. Highly recommended.

Even despite being the end of the season, the weather produced plenty of natural snow 😅

The staff here went above and beyond to help us, from adjusting lesson time due to travel hiccups, to helping with fitting our ski boots (and again when trying to get mine off as it took 2 to help get the ski boots off again! Heh 😅) and even our instructor being compassionate and really helpful for working out what we could each do. I can't praise their entire team of staff enough! 😃

Not to mention, they have a dine in kiosk/cafe, lots of parking, an extra cafe/bar on an upper level and cater for a variety of abilities for skiing, snowboarding and tobogganing, but especially cater for those who know they need from either a fair bit of educating up to even just a little, while still having capacity for those who are just there to have fun and already know what they're doing 😄

Have read some bad reviews before coming here with a School, have been pleasantly surprised with the freindly owners, turns out the place is under new owners since May this year. Rooms are good for the price and there is a great area for kids and parents to relax after the snow. Would defiantly come back again.

Very good place to stay for going to Selwyn snow fields. They have a good breakfast and dinner menu. The staff are warm and friendly, and the have a kids play area and games like pool, air hockey etc., adjoining the restaurant/bar. And the small market area of Adaminaby is quite nearby.

Great place. One of the best around mount Selwyn and the biggest in Adaminaby.

Very friendly and accomodating owndr/manager. We had a very nice time over there. Suitable for big groups. Activities/games for kids.

Closer to Mount Selwyn which is far better than Perisher Valley.

Owner was lovely, and service was prompt and kind. Nice place with great amenities such as tennis, games room, in house bar, etc.

Excellent vibe a home feeling. It's a family business they make you happy to do as you please like you're at home and help you with everything were to go local areas etc.

The snowy mountain motel is a fantastic place to stay is comfortable and warm not mention the snow out side your rooms go check out the the snowy mountain motel you will not disappointed

Reasonably priced accomodation, close enough to mount selwyn snowfields.

Amazing. It is not as commercial as Perisher or Thredbo which I prefer.
