I would like to say, I Am absolutely appalled at some of the doctors. My mother has an in-grown hair that you can SEE in her neck, she went to your doctors 3 TIMES just to be called “crazy”. She has had this hair since she was around 8 or 9 but didn’t know it was there then obviously because she was a child, but that ingrown hair has been inside of her for over 31 years. it’s disgusting that no doctors have even bothered to take a look at the hair. She even went to a skin specialist and got called crazy. How dare you. I believe that dr. Snow was the closest to believing in her, but please, if my mother decides to go back to your center, (which she probably won’t due to the disgusting service) please, atleast ONCE take a look at it. I don’t want it to affect her too badly.
