The Lighthouse Wharf Hotel

Very attentive staff, everything on the menu looked amazing, was hard to make a decision! The crab Linguini was perfect a lot of crab very tasty, my partner had the buttermilk fried chicken which was spicy and excellent. Very comfortable seating upstairs, very busy, great atmosphere, will be going back and telling friends and family to visit this great venue!

4 of us came to the Hotel for tea and found it to be an excellent experience. Entrées were delicious, the drinks were great and my main course was the Scotch Fillet steak, medium rare. I would put it up as one of the best steaks I've had. Staff were helpful and knowledgeable. I would have no hesitation going again.

Went to this place on weekend with my few mates and saw the special salmon on the menu. Really had a nice experience of beets and charred peaches with crispy atlantic salmon . Really umami🥰🥰

Had lunch with mates here on a recent 42 degree day. Sat upstairs, inside, felt cool as a cucumber. Sat outside on the balcony under their big umbrellas and it was hot but we still felt comfortable.
The renovation of the hotel looks good, nice bright furnishings are aesthetically pleasing.
Serving sizes of our meals are large, cost is fair, staff are lovely and attentive and kindly had no issue splitting the bill.
Highly recommend.

We had a fabulous lunch at The Lighthouse Wharf Hotel. The staff were most welcoming. We decided to eat upstairs. The decor was fresh and bright, the views stunning and the service exemplary. We enjoyed garlic bread followed by steak and a burger for mains. The meals were well presented and the food tasty. We shared a sticky date pudding for dessert....omg...it was glorious!

Beautiful meal perfect size. Lovely staff with great service 🙂

Fantastic food and good portions. Particularly recommend the balsamic beeteoot salad with salt and pepper squid added, the juicy burger, fish n chips and the nachos.

Didn't need to book a table on a Sunday but the place was pretty full at 12:30 so quite lucky to get a table.

We dined upstairs on the balcony and had lovely views of the water. Didn’t take long for the meals to come out and the service was excellent. Prices were reasonable and we will definitely go again. Heaps of parking that was good could watch our car from where we were sitting.

Visited with my wife and another couple for lunch after 2 hours cruising on the One & All.
Ordered the fish and chips. Two good sized pieces of fish excellent chips and nice salad for $22 great value! Everyone enjoyed their meals. Staff were attentive and friendly. Being a Crows supporter quite surprised for this part of town. Only joking :)

Definitely worth a look and try out! Staggering distance back to Quest. Coopers pale ale, half kilo wings Monday, yum and recommended. Tuesday $15 schnitzel with mushroom sauce chips and salad, just look at the photo! Great friendly staff and atmosphere. Do it!

Ordered the seafood platter, plenty for the two of us. Customer service was great even while they were pretty packed out. Barely a wait on the food & it was delicious

Friendly staff, yummy schnitzel with chicken gravy, chips and salad. Had non-alcoholic beers to choose from. Very satisfied. It was $30 for beer and a schnitzel.

Had a great meal... the grilled Atlantic salmon with Asian salad.. highly recommend.

As a waiter and pub critique who's first to knitpick errors in a pub, this is a 10. Clean, modern, the best food we've ever had and great young bloke who's a great waiter. 5/5 for the first time ever.

Had a party there for a 70th up in the function room. Great views of the Port River Lighthouse. The staff were friendly and the only thing I would have liked more food because it was so nice.

Can get quite busy at meal times, nice clean venue. Schnitzels are really nice and cooked well. The pasta special fettucine with smoked salmon was delicious and a huge serve. Staff friendly and meals came quickly.

Nice, casual, place for meal and drink. Sunny in the winter afternoon. Great food and service. Music on a sunday afternnon was nice - music they play all the time was good anyway. Warm in the restaurant (in case you visit in winter). Food very fresh. Beef schnitzel tender and well priced. Barramundi was fresh and light. Would go there again

Outstanding pub located in the heart of The Port. The recent renovation they have done is spectacular, the food and staff are incredible. Highly recommended for lunch, dinner or a sneaky drink. Love this place & the atmosphere. 10/10!
