Allansford Hotel

Great feed. Our group had a wide range of meals and everyone said their food was delicious. Plenty of fresh salads and veggies in the Bain Marie on a help-yourself basis.
The service was friendly and efficient.
Prices were very reasonable, especially as the meals were all generous serves.

What an awesome little pub. I wish this was my local, but alas, I only had the privilege to enjoy this pub for a couple of work related trips.

Such a great little pub - we were pleasantly surprised walking in to such friendly staff, delicious & generous sized meals, and very cold drinks. Also very kid friendly. Would definitely recommend!

Booked for a night, rooms are spacious, clean and tidy, comfortable beds and amazing bathrooms ! Arrived to the pub I met the best staff ever, friendly and efficient, such a good Aussie vibe ! Loved it ! I also had food there, it's just perfect ! A long time I didn't enjoy that much a meal and a restaurant ! (Took the burger but my friends had fish and chips and it was amazing too !)
Thank you to everyone who's working there to make this place a great place to be ! (Special thanks to Teresa who is the best barmaid I saw for a long time ! What an amazing woman !)

Travelling around the country and after leaving Western Australia we have had many pub meals throughout South Australia, New South Wales, Queensland, Victoria and Tasmania and we must say the meal we had at the Allansford Hotel is right up there with the best. The meal itself was delicious, service great, very well priced and the dining room was very clean and tidy. Enjoyed a couple of drinks and a fantastic meal, thank you to the NRMA Caravan Park for the recommendation and hopefully we will be back in for another meal before heading off.

Went there today as part of a group of almost 30 people for lunch, we all arrived at pretty muchvsame time, ordered together and no issues at all.
The staff as usual were prompt, efficient and very friendly/polite.
The kitchen staff did a great job, meals out in a timely and efficient manner and as always excellent quality meals and plenty on the plate.
Thoroughly recommend Allansford Hotel/Pub for lunch or dinner meal.

We made mistake of room booking and haven’t shown up at the day. The staff rang us in the night, and waive the late cancellation fee! We feel so appreciated! Thanks for being so kind, We will visit again for sure!

Had dinner there, the meals were excellent, good food and reasonable prices, cannot comment on the rooms as we didn't stay at the hotel.

Went here last night for tea and it was excellent. Service was excellent, food was fantastic. Tasty, good size meals ( Especially the chicken parma's) prices were very fair and overall it was a 5 star experience. Get along and check it out for yourself, we will definitely be going back. Thanks

Went to Allansford as a Social Club group on a busy Friday night. The staff, service and food was excellent. We had the salad and vegetables bar option with our meal which was a terrific bonus. Staff pumped out 65 meals in an.hour plus had regular public meals and takeaway orders with a smile on their face. Will definitely be back !

The best meal we have had in a very long time. Have been back for a second meal, and I don't think we would bother going back to any other pubs in warrnambool. Service fantastic atmosphere warm and cosy. Delicious food and huge servings. Brilliant night. Thank you for providing what the customer wants at great prices. Keep up the great work.

The rooms are huge. Love the seperate toilet and bathroom. Recently refurbished and tastefully decorated. Room very clean. Ate at the restaurant. Meals huge and reasonably priced. Hidden gem at the start/finish of The Great Ocean Road. Great location for families as well.

Lunch was superb, waiter needs to be a bit more happier and interactive. Never said thanks or enjoy your meal, otherwise perfect

Arrived and had been upgraded to a 2 bedroom apartment at no extra cost, it was the cleanest and most spacious room we've had on our return trip from Melb to Adelaide over the last 3 weeks.
A little sink in the kitchen area would make it perfect. Otherwise A+

What can I say, the most hospitable place I have ever stayed. The meals were absolutely fantastic, the accommodation was excellent, so clean and comfortable, and Di l will not forget how you phoned your father to take me to Warnambool when I could not get a taxi. You went way above and beyond.
Truly great people, a great place to stay and a great community.
I look forward to my next visit to your great part of the world.

This motel is a pleasant surprise.
The rooms are very clean and spacious.
The bed was comfortable.
The staff were friendly.
The bar was good.
The restaurant also.
Stayed one night on business, and loved it.
Also... great value for money.

We recently stayed in the motel for two nights. The room was clean and modern, had lots of natural light, and the room was actually quite spacious for a motel room! One night, we had dinner in the bistro, and the servings were very generous!

Locally pub with local owners and staff. Top notch meals at affordable prices. Still as good as it has ever been, the menu changes seasonal which is good, it changes things up a bit. the tap beer is delicious, it's unbelievably good. And the range of drinks is quite extensive also. Bar staff, and kitchen staff are absolutely wonderful people. I always love it when my missas let's me come here for a beer or two 😏.
