Total GP Care Prospect

Hi I am writing this because i want people to know that the staff here are brilliant, and no i am not getting paid to write this. I recently lost my son and have been seeing Dr Rahidka for some time prior to this and still.
Going through the most difficult time of my life losing my son to the rarest of cancers Nut Carcinoma, i have nothing but thanks and praise for all the staff i have encountered. The reception staff are literally the best i have across and the empathy and care during this difficult time has been so greatful. I have broken down a couple of times and the care they have taken to look after me until i was ready to leave has been amazing. My doctor has been amazing , and even the podiatrist and my Physio have been so supportive and caring, and i feel they genuinely care about my welfare, as at times i have been a bit of a mess.
I cannot highly recommend the girls enough and my doctor, and maybe the doom sayers who have left not so good reviews, maybe they are not the problem. The clinic is always busy with young to the very elderly, they offer all services, including a nurse n site, blood taking etc and i wouldnt go any where else or send my kids anywhere else.

I've been seeing Dr Azeran Azhar for a few years now and very happy with his extensive medical knowledge, informative and relaxed communication style. Additionally, he's a really easy going and likable guy.
I'm a typical 6'3" heavy muscled so big boned Kiwi which by Aussie Anglo stereo-type standards, I'm morbidly obese that Dr Azeran can look past with his NZr experience.
Receptionists are friendly, professional, polite and respectful and have never had any issues with service.
Really like the Total GP Care booking system that makes it easier to book ahead or can phone in if urgent.
Highly recommend 10/10!

We have seen Dr Anne Beygirlioglu few times now. She is simply 'The Best'! She is welcoming, takes time to listen and delivers the best care. Her professionalism and kindness is nothing less than a medicine for the patients! Thank you so much, Dr Beygirlioglu!

Reception staff are very friendly, welcoming and helpful; it’s a busy practice but they are so professional and lovely to their clients. I seen doctor Dampanaboina who was professional and helpful, she listened to my concerns and helped to further educate me about my health. It’s a busy practice and I did wait 20 minutes past my appointment but that was to be expected being a Monday appointment (and I’ve waited so much longer at other practices before)

What a brilliant and attentive team of front office managers and doctors. Very proficient and accommodating for young and old. My fav GP here is Dr Mark S.
Convenient and they look after everyone so professionally.
Seen some angry people here who were managed very well but to those angry people, reconsider your behaviour please

Lovely professional staff, very friendly and helpful. Waiting times are reasonable, like most med centers this time of year, very busy places. They do their best under the circumstances.

Friendly team who are always professional and courteous.
If my children are ever ill and the clinic is fully booked they go out of their way to shuffle appointments around to make a space. Amanda at the front desk is amazing as she always greets you with a smile; engages with our children and ensures things run smoothly.

Receptionist at the front are very helpful, always welcome you with smile and try to accommodate in best possible manner. Special thanks to Debbie. She is amazing.

Dr Mark Sobieraj is excellent. Friendly, listens to you, does not patronise or hurry you and really thinks about your problem. He actually suggested a possible cause of my high blood pressure that even my Cardiologist did not mention. The reception staff are polite and friendly, especially Debbie.

Super glad to have met Dr. Devi radhika who was patient enough to listen to all my concerns and was swift in recognising the cause behind,unlike couple of other doctors i met in recent times who google the reason, yet not sure and advise to get loads of tests.. IK sounds silly but trust me when i say this.
I would 100% recommend Dr devi .

Phoned the practice and spoke with Debby to make an appointment - she was so lovely and personable. Having such positive people at the front desk makes all the difference for patients. Thanks Debby! :)

Staff on the front reception desk & phone service were very friendly and helpful which is very often not the case in doctors rooms. The Drs our family has seen here were personable and very good with information provision.

Excellent. On holidays from melbourne and my daughter split her head open on a saturday. Called and got the next appointment. The reception lady was so friendly and helpful. My Daughter's head was cleaned and glued by the awesome nurse karen and was out of there in half an hour. Try that in melbourne!

I am a regular patient at this practice and I can only say good things about the reception staff and Drs. I went in today feeling absolutely horrible and Deb at the front counter was so lovely to me. Can't thank her enough. Thank you Deb for your kindness.

Marks a great GP for mens health…

I've never had a problem at this Surgery, when I get there (usually 10:30am appointment) but I get there about 9:00am - my Doctor calls me in earlier than my appointment time, as soon as he sees me in the waiting area, he doesn't waste time & I'm out in a flash, the reception ladies are always very nice to me - (try the Western Clinic in Torrensville, near where I live, then complain about a 2 to 3 hour wait) Cheers 😉

I went there to see Dr Danwin Chan. Dr. Chan is friendly and professional. He has in-depth knowledge of muscles, tendon, nerve and bones. I appreciate his advice for how to keep health joint and spine.

The reception was so busy with phone, appointments and covid injections but very helpful,patient and polite.
