Matt's cafe

As a city person who is used to cafes and all types of cakes etc, this is by far the best baked goods I've had throughout the country.

The staff here are so lovely. We were staying nearby in an off grid Airbnb and they were very generous in letting us charge our laptops and phones in their cafe. The bonus was that gave us the time to eat their delicious food and drinks. Great coffee!

Delicious food and drinks at great prices. Staffs are lovely! Plenty to choose from the menu.

Dropped in mid bike ride. Super friendly couple of guys gave me the largest smoothie I’ve ever had and made me feel like a 10 year old again. Pretty awesome experience - would stop by again in a heartbeat.

If you’re a parent, you’ll understand: my toddler ate spinach and mushroom here. THAT’S how good the food was!
Seriously, stacks of vego options already, and we’re really accomodating to swaps, and kid friendly too! 10/10 experience!

We’ve ever had like this coffee on our long trip!! Coffee is awesome and deserts are divine! If we have a chance to visit around here, definitely come back!

There were 6 of us no trouble BEST coffee makers. Great friendly service been there a few times this time we just went to Stuart's Point for the day.And had to call in for our morning coffee.We would highly recommend Matt's Cafe. Carrot cake yummy and a huge piece it was.

A very convenient spot, which even had parking for our large motorhome with a car trailer on the back, right adjacent to a post office and a salon and the local hotel… Very friendly service, generous size portions and lovely flavors, and not badly priced. A great stop for breakfast and they were even open all four days over Easter…

Nice place to dine in. Friendly staff and excellent food. Tried best desert ever - toasted banana bread with maple syrup, icecream and crispy salted bacon on top.

Stumbled upon this fantastic cafe. Superb coffee. Wasn't planning to buy a caramel slice, nor a coconut and lemon slice, they caught my eye, the rest is history and I might have to go back and buy some more; delicious. Fresh, local produce. Very friendly staff, layback atmosphere. The BLT on Turkish was delicious. My friend ordered the veggie burger with chips, one of the lunchtime specials on offer for only $10. Generous servings. Would recommend.
