Great customer service, very helpful. Lisa in particular was knowledgeable and courteous to us and was compassionate and empathetic with a client that was in a state of need and high anxiety.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Thankful for the hard work they do.

The waiting times weren’t great but that’s no fault of the lovely people who helped me in the best way they could, all my problems were resolved in a very professional way!

Appalling, rude, aggressive and totally unnecessary behavior. I've never been in there before and made the mistake of wandering in because I had a question I thought they may be able to help me with or at least point me in the right direction but instead made me feel like a criminal for asking. Dreadful, nasty little place. Some of the staff need training in "Customer Service" because barking orders at customers is repugnant and offensive.

Absolutely disgraceful service,rude & ubrupt.
Didn't want to speak to me as I didn't have a appointment ( didn't know it was appointment only),,I only wanted 2 claim forms & the questions were unbelievable,,I had QR coded in but that wasn't good enough,, should all be sacked,,if I could give less than 1 star I would,there was noone in there so I don't know what they do all day.

Just made me wait 2 hours to talk to someone, get told that they can't do anything with out a slip so I go get that come back just to get told that there 10 mins from closing so now I have to come back next week, PERFECT

Sorry to say, but my Mate just tried using this and the results I heard... Was a computer lacking understanding and hanging up the phone, just after telling him good by. I gave this rating because of the lack of human interaction and intelligence.

Wanted to speak with an operator and an automated voice advised going online and enquire there.
AND IT HUNG UP!
No option to connect with a live perso!
