My friend that has stage 4 cancer went into this chemist for pain medication whilst on holidays the older man who is the pharmacist there was extremely rude and inappropriate, about the medication request and was quite vocal in front of other customers disclosing my personal details and belittling me because of the medication request and refused to help me after getting all the scripts that were needed. Which I provided to him and he still rejected it leaving me in pain and then having to come back the next day to only half my scripts rather than him having all the correct medication available. It was absolutely disgusting the whole customer experience for anyone in my position to go through this stressful event. I hope this never happens again nor to anyone in a similar situation.
