Hartley Valley Vets

We were seen pretty quickly & the visit was very satisfactory. We dropped my dog off for her investigative treatment. Whilst we waited off site we were kept in touch via phone several times. Very nice to be kept abreast of things. Very satisfied & happy.

It was a home visit. The veterinarian was prompt (even received a phone call when he was on his way). He and his assistant were very gentle with my 3 cats and answered all my queries. Very happy with the visit.

Cannot recommend Hartley Valley Vets enough. My 12 year old fur baby passed away 3 days before Christmas, the girls were wonderful, caring and compassionate as we were a complete emotional mess. From the time she got sick until she passed the team were absolutely amazing. They made the process so much easier. Thankyou to the wonderful team xx 🐾🌈

Always wonderful service here from receptionist to vets! We took our puppy kelpie there recently and Craig was thorough and fantastic! Highly recommend!

The staff are excellent and caring. They show a real love of the pets that come in.

Absolutely fantastic - today was my first contact with Hartley Valley Vets as I had a query about my little dog and needed some advice. So I sent an email and only really expected a return reply stating, "this is normal or please ring for booking". What I got was a phone call within 10mins. The gentleman was extremely helpful and let me know it was a normal problem. I could not have asked for a better, caring answer.

1st visit to this vet practice and we were very happy with the service.Staff were very friendly and professional.

They are very polite on the phone and they looked after Missy Moo really well if you need a vet take them here they are wonderful.

My Kelpie impaled himself with a stick through his tongue into his back palette causing intense pain & disabling his ability to eat & drink.
I’m not a local & this fantastic veterinarian hospital squeezed us into an emergency consultation.
They were very welcoming, put us at ease explaining no major problem & the possible scenarios, & costs which were very reasonable.
Highly recommended.

And as a footnote - do NOT throw sticks for dogs.

The Entire Team that I have met so far are excellent. They have taken Excellent care of my Furbaby.
The clinic is spotless and fully equipped.
Everyone is so helpful, friendly and understanding.

The experience "all round" is fabulous and second to none. Regardless of they see 1 or 100 fur babies a day , this clinic and their staff make you feel at ease and that your babies are loved and their health and well being are valued. An asset to our community 💖🥰🐶🐕

They were so supportive and bent over backwards to make sure that my German Shepherd girl's pups were delivered safely.

Wonderful caring staff who were the only vet for 75kms who considered my pets needs urgent enough to see her straight away and not make her wait 3 days. Fees are very reasonable too.. I'll be driving there from Bathurst from now on when my dog needs to see a vet. Cannot recommend them highly enough.
