Over the years my business has employed around 10 people under wage subsidies and done 2 work for the dole projects through BEST Employment in Walgett and Lightning Ridge. 5 of those employees have retained long term employment up until current.

2 of the work for the dole participants have also retained long term employment after the projects were over.

The staff at both offices are always professional, friendly and have a lot of knowledge of the communities that they work in. It is obvious that they not only care for the employers but also are committed to the clients they support.

I recently had dealings with another job provider and was greatly disappointed in their service. The experience that I had with them was nothing like I had received with BEST. I think that BEST Employment have ruined all other job providers for me as my expectations are now so high because of the support and friendly customer service I have received from the team in Walgett and Lightning Ridge.

Walgett Best Employment staff are amazing. They go above and beyond to help you gain employment through resumes, work clothing and qualifications. The girls in this office are so easy to speak to, they are always notifying about jobs both in my area and out of area that are going to suit me and my lifestyle.
