Where the mighty Murray and Darling Rivera join. Can see the water level on the trees are the floods. The viewing platform does have the best view of the rivers, wished there were a better location. Worth the stop over

Nice park at the important meeting point of the two big rivers, has a viewing tower, signs about its importance and toilets, has picnic areas if you had food

What a great idea to build a viewing platform in Wentworth Park! Shady picnic tables beside the river and plenty of parking.

An amazing place to take your dog for a run, with some great views of the Murray River alongside some old paddle steamers on the shore. There's a lookout tower for even better views, an outdoor gym, children's play area and toilets nearby. Lots of grassland area to explore and plenty of shaded area from the trees too. There's a few adjacent walks that you can do too which is great.

We visited Wentworth and its riverside parks in early March 2023 and there was plenty of visible evidence of the incredible high water levels during the early 2023 flooding. It must have been both heart breaking & terrifying for the town population.
Council teams are working as fast as they can to restore the areas to what they once were.

A vey pleasant park to visit with lots to see. Well kept and some great stories about Wentworth. The views of the river, Loch and the countryside were so peaceful and serene. We were fortunate to have a family member who explained the whole area to us. A hidden gem.

The junction of the Murray & Darling rivers is wonderful spot. The observation tower is amazing, getting you among the treetops. We really loved the variety of birds.

Well maintained park where the Darling and Murray rivers meet. The lookout is a must to climb as you will see the two masses of waters merge, one clean one muddy. Clean toilets, picnic tables...

Beautiful park on the banks where the Darling flows into the Murray. Well maintained. Very green. Fantastic artwork - timber log with Murray Cod carved into it, the town name, Wentworth shaped with bushes - plants.

Great park to take a road break. Take the time to climb the look out and see the joining of the rivers. Read about the early explorers on a sign nearby

Beautiful spot on Wentworth where the Darling and Murray rivers meet. It looks full of water because of the weir downstream. Further upstream the Darling, at Menindee and Wilcannia the river is dry.
