I had a very bad experience with this bank. I tried to apply for a loan and all of a sudden, they stopped responding to me. I was in the process of buying my first house and the bank just stopped talking to me. They didn’t reply to calls or emails. Very disappointed on how they treat their customers. Buying your first house is a stressful time and being treated like this was an eye opening experience.
